Chapter 152

Many people were gathered downstairs, speculating about Lucas' intentions.

Sandra leaned against the couch in the living room. She watched Lucas as if he was an idiot.

When she noticed Chelsey walking out of the bedroom, she rushed over to her and beamed.

"Chels, you did a great job ignoring him," she praised.

"Let him get a taste of his own medicine. Don't ever forgive him."

"I know. It's time we head to the airport."

Chelsey's smile looked somewhat forced.

Sandra was finished packing things up.

She grabbed Chelsey's hands and said, "Let's go! To the airport we go! Let's leave this dreadful place and start anew."

Timothy stepped forward to take the luggage from Chelsey's hands.

"Let's go," he said.

"Mhmm," Chelsey hummed.

Later, Timothy's chauffeur came in a Rolls-Royce Phantom and drove them to the airport.

On their way, they sensed that a black Maybach was tailing them. After looking at the rearview mirror, Chelsey recognized the car as belonging to Lucas.
