Possible Trauma Triggers

Molly POV

All of those cliché things you read about in books about how a person feels dizzy, and fuzzy and can get their bearings when they are kidnapped don’t’ feel very cliché right now. I feel all of those things and then some. My whole body hurts. I can feel all the bumps and bruises from the crash. Most of the pain is in my right shoulder from it being slammed against the door. But unlike when you read about the kidnap victims waking to find themselves tied up to beds or the back of a van or in the trunk of a car. I find myself lying on a warm fuzzy patch of fur moving through the forest. My eyes are still heavy to open so I am trying to listen to my surroundings. Whoever’s back I am riding is not in the greatest of shape they sound as if they are almost out of breath. Their pace has slowed even in the short few moments that I have been able to register it. “Well, it is about time.” I hear a female voice say.

“What took you so long?” I hear another female
