Chapter 2 As Gael released his seed on Amy’s stomach, he heard a commotion outside the packhouse. He got up and walked to the window and saw Phoenix get into a taxi with her family and her friend and they all looked like the world was coming to an end. Chapter 3Gael sat in his office running his hand through his hair. “How is this still happening? Chapter 4Lance and I practically raced to get to my parents’ house. Chapter 5My eyes opened on their own at 4:45 a.m. as they did every morning for the past six years. I rolled out of bed, went to the bathroom, did my business, brushed my teeth and hair and was out on the porch getting ready to stretch for a morning run. Like clockwork, Ron and Tina were coming for morning calisthenics. We stretched and did a full perimeter run. I ran in my human form. My wolf, Freya, was around but she never presented herself to me.
