I Just Did

She pauses in her tracks, the door still ajar, a good few meters outside the structure. A small smirk plays at her lips, and she closes her eyes. She then steps back into the building to see Eric pause, having moved to go towards the staircase. He looks at her with a grimace as he watches her step back in.

Surprised, he stretches his hands as though he is asking her a question. "Yes? How can I help you? Why have you returned so quickly?" He asks, and she gives him a close examination.

"You realize that this is a huge, dumb, foolish error that you are making here, don't you?" He had to scowl in response to her question.

"I do not give a damn about anything you say at this point. "Please, just get the living hell out of my flat," he says matter-of-factly. She laughs and gives a quick shake of her head.

"You realize that you are acting foolishly right now, Eric,"

Eric grunts and gives her a fierce glance. "Are you not even paying attention to me?"

Shaking her head, she scoffs.
