63 The drive

Sara and Adrian left the city, driving towards the suburb area.

During the drive, Adrian was silent all the way. He didn't even spare Sara a glance at all, and he appeared as if he was anxious.

Why?

Sara just watched Adrian silently with a weird gaze and pressed her lips into a thin line.

As they continued the drive, the road began to get darker and the buildings were getting fewer.

Sara was now getting curious and wanted to know where they were going. The place was getting really dark.

Soon, only trees and woods could be seen. This time, Sara couldn't take it anymore.

" Where are we going Adrian?" She inquired curiously, as she stared at his face. Though, it was his side view, but it still appeared attractive.

Adrian concentrated on the staring wheel and didn't answer Sara's question.

" We are almost there." was his reply, which was low and sort of depressed.

Immediately, their car climbed up a small winding hill, and this was when the road became more bumpy. It wasn't smooth at all,
