Haley laughed. "You really don't like studying medicine, do you?"

Rachel pouted. "It's not that I dislike it, it's just... some people are naturally not gifted in certain areas. I call it self-awareness!"

In truth, Rachel's mother was ecstatic when she heard that Charles would teach her medicine, hoping that Rachel might have a chance at competing for the family inheritance.
