Chapter 995

Edwin glared at him coldly in response.

He stood in the rainstorm. His coat was all wet, sticking to his skin.

Despite the chilly surrounding temperature, his eyes were colder than the winter wind.

Now that the car window was lowered, Edwin quickly glanced at the rear seat.

"Where's the girl in your car?" Edwin asked in a frightening manner.

The driver was taken aback by his intimidating aura. "Who? There's no one in my car," he stammered.

"I watched her get into your car with my own eyes. Shall I bring you to the police station with me?" replied Edwin as he raised his voice, his eyebrows rising slightly.

"Oh, you mean that girl from earlier? She asked me to stop as soon as she got off the elevated road," said the driver as he suddenly realized and hurriedly pointed to the direction behind him.
