Chapter 17

We helped Rebecca cook for dinner. I helped her make the lasagna while Helen made the pasta and Kevin set the table.  Rebecca teach me how to cook.  After all the dishes were ready, we had dinner together while talking each other. Kevin is really good at making jokes, several times we laughed because of his jokes.  After we finished, we washed the cutlery and cleared the table.

It was very late at night, but I couldn't sleep. Rebecca was still doing her homework while Helen was asleep. We slept in the same room with Rebecca and Kevin sleeping on the living room sofa. I decided to sit on the apartment terrace sofa.  Getting some fresh air might make me sleepy.  Several cars were still passing on the road.

"Ehm!"

"Oh. Hi," I said, smiling at Rebecca.

"Hi. Do you want some coke?"

"Sure!"

Rebecca give me some soda.

 

"So you come here just to look for Henry?

"Yes. He is our best friend."
