When she opened my eyes again, it was already early morning the next day.

The window was covered by thick curtains, dimming the room with faint light.

Isabella lay in bed, staring at the ceiling, her mind momentarily blank. Everything that happened last night seemed like a romantic dream, somewhat unreal and even absurd.

She moved her body, feeling as if she had been run over by a car, so sore that she didn't even have the strength to get up.

"Awake?" Andrew's low, magnetic voice sounded beside her, as melodious as a cello.

Subconsciously, she glanced in the direction of the voice, meeting his magnified profile. Perhaps due to just waking up in the early morning, he looked somewhat lazy.

After glancing at him, she turned away. She really didn't want to see him right now.

His palm lightly rested on her shoulder, his tone gentle. "Come on, get up and have some food first, then you can sleep again."

They had almost exhausted themselves until dawn last night, and she was undoubted
