Wheeling her suitcase, she kept walking without any idea where she should go. She was carrying heavy cash but right now she needed to survive. Her savings should last for a while.

She entered a park and sat on the bench. She did not want to go to her mom. Nobody had enough time to answer those nosy questions.

No. Mom was not an option.

Damn! What the f*ck. She should have eaten something before having that fight. Now she was feeling hungry.

She bought fries from a nearby stall and started munching them. A man in his late thirties was looking her way. When their eyes met, he smiled.

Chloe smiled back and waved her hand. Before the man could think any further, a woman came near him and handed over a toddler in his arms.

“Gosh! I did not download him from the internet. You are the father and he needs you too. For Pete's sake, learn to take some responsibility.”

The poor wife was constantly complaini
