Chapter 107

JENNA POV

"Jenna, are you okay?" Yilena asked, her voice trembling as she tossed the broken vase aside and knelt next to me.

I nodded, still in shock from the sudden violence. "I... I think so. Just a little cut." I answered, checking to see the tear on my inner thigh, it must have been caused by the edge of the table.

"We need to get you out of here," she said urgently, glancing at Keith's unconscious form. "It's not safe."

I struggled to my feet, my body shaking. "Yilena, thank you. But what about Keith? What if he wakes up and...?"

Yilena looked at Keith with concern in her eyes but shook her head, "Leave him there. Jenna, there's something I have to tell you."

But before Yilena could say a word, the door to the study opened and Laura and Nicola walked in.

"Oh my God, Keith!" Laura exclaimed, rushing to Keith who was still on the floor, her eyes scanned the floor which was covered in broken pieces of the vase before she turned to me, "What did you do to him?!" she screamed.
