I spend the remaining time locked up in my office. Lester has left to carry out his duties.

Successfully, I've managed to push my wolf back into its barricade in my mind and several glasses of neat bourbon did the trick too.

Actually, when werewolves battle with their other side, one of the things that helps keep them in check is alcohol. It dampens the desire to tear into someone’s flesh.

I pace my office, gulping the hot drink and grunting. When I feel good enough, I sit back on my swivel chair and start going through my students' files.

That’s when I came across something creepy on Rain’s file.

She has two files that were mistakenly put together.

In one of the files, her surname was Rain Wolfer while in the other, her other name was Hanks.

Confusion brim me and I wonder what kind of mistake would that be. However, I can’t shake off the knowledge that the name Wolfer sounds familiar.
