CHAPTER 100.Author's POV. The blood stained knife dropped from his hand and he stared at her bleeding corpse on the floor. He discovered that he had betrayed him the instant he saw Alpha Trent in Doctor Romeo's house. He didn't need a soothsayer to tell him the truth that was right in his face all along. Not only that, but he thought the woman loved him, she was the only one who showed him affection and supported him, but she joined those traitors. She deserved the same ending as them. A tragic ending for all those who had hurt him. Her end was unavoidable. Dylan inhaled deeply and gasped a little, he shouldn't regret killing her. He would rather focus on destroying the rest of his foes. It was late at night but all the warriors were on their toes, the minute he stepped out of the room, they approached him and heavily guarded him. He was their Alpha and they had no other choice but to obey him. Dylan went downstairs, waiting for news about Alpha Trent's and others' demise.Dyl
CHAPTER 101.Author's POV. “It is happening, and you are stuck in your game, you are a loser now” Alpha Trent muttered with a smile, it was a smile of victory and relief. Dylan grasped his head confused, he looked around him, feeling illusional. He closed his eyes for a second, hoping terribly that this was a nightmare, but he was mistaken. The moment he opened his eyes, he was met with the same terrors standing in front of him. “Seize him,” Alpha Trent ordered the guards, who, without wasting a single second, seized him. Dylan shrieked. “Let go of me, I am your Alpha and there is nothing that can change that. I am your Alpha!!!” Alpha Trent shook his head in disbelief and chuckled. “You should quit being in your fantasy world because this is reality and in this reality, you are nothing but a traitor and an adversary of the Black moon pack and from today; you are hereby a prisoner for the rest of your life” Dylan was in total disarray, he didn't want to believe that all his eff
CHAPTER 102.Author's POV. “Eva, calm down” Alpha Trent urged and held her hands, his face tensed up in worry. Eva gripped her head tightly as tears trickled out of them, she seemed to be having a mental breakdown and it was scaring Alpha Trent. “My head hurts terribly, what's happening to…to…”She suddenly passed out in his arms, Alpha Trent held her and tapped on her cheeks to check her consciousness. “Eva” Alpha Trent called and immediately carried her in bridal style. He carried her to the bed and placed her gently on it. “Baby” Alpha Trent whispered and took his hand to her face which still looked disturbed and reddened with tears. Alpha Trent had to call Doctor Romeo to check up on his mate. He was worried about her, especially her sudden reaction like she had gone deranged. Her gibberish and incoherent words confused him greatly. She kept asking bemusing and unknown questions. Doctor Romeo arrived a few minutes later and checked up on her, he checked her vitals but coul
CHAPTER 103.Author's POV. Days later… Eva and Alpha Trent had returned from their honeymoon trip and they both had the best time of their lives and it was peaceful and full of happiness, and they wished it could last, but it definitely wouldn't. “You mean that they are being attacked by some rogues?” Alpha Trent questioned. This was the first bad news that they had received since they got back from their trip. “Liam's pack is being attacked for what? What are the reasons for the assaults from these rogues?” Eva questioned, her eyebrows raised in curiosity. “They are actually rogues who formed a pack, and they've decided to attack them because of their past conflicts with Liam,” The person who was installed as an Alpha there replied. He had brought the report the past days, the attacks had been more furious and aggressive. “That disagreement had happened months or years ago, so why are they attacking so recently? They had known that Liam had died long before you were installed,
CHAPTER 104.Author's POV. Raquel smiled to herself and sighed. Her father had done an impressive job by making those rogues attack the pack, at the end of the day, her father was also an Alpha and he had power. She had refused to accept her father's proposal of returning to hus6 pack because she wanted to keep Liam's mother company. The old lady had refused to leave with her, and that influenced her decision greatly. The pack held memories of him, even though their home had been taken away, but their memories of him would never disperse or disappear. “You are thinking of him, right?” Liam's mother asked with a sad smile. Her smile had always been mirthless since the death of her son, and she cursed Eva every day. There was no day or night in which she didn't lay curses at her. She knew those curses weren't justified because Liam had done more damage to Eva and he almost ruined her life. “He's constantly on my mind and would remain the love of my life until the end of time, but
CHAPTER 104. Author's POV. “What are you both talking about? I don't mean to be nosy, but where exactly are you going?” Alpha Trent's father asked. He stared curiously at them. Alpha Trent sighed and exchanged glances with Eva. 'Should I tell him about our trip to your pack, or should I lie about it?' Alpha Trent questioned through the mind link. 'There isn't a need to conceal things from him, he is wiser than us and could give advice that would certainly be advantageous to our trip' Eva replied. 'We aren't amateurs though, especially you who have been an Alpha from a young age, but some suggestions won't hurt' She added through the mind link and smiled. Eva was glad to finally have an identity. She wasn't just Eva Silverstone who was forgotten but Eva Silverstone Smith. She gained an identity, two packs, a mate, a family, and the opportunity to communicate with others through the mind, especially her mate. Furthermore, she had officially become Luna and could link everyone.
CHAPTER 106. Author's POV. Eva was shocked as well, she fixed her head back into the car and faced Alpha Trent, who looked calm in such turmoil. “Why are you so relaxed?” Eva questioned, staring curiously at her mate. “Trent” The side of his lips curved into a smirk, he said. “They are here to protect us, and there isn't a need to worry about our security. They are in their wolf form because it's more scary and intimidating”. “Scary and intimidating?” Eva, gasped and smacked his arm. “What are you turning into these days? You ordered such and never bothered to tell me”. “I am your Luna and I deserve to have knowledge of these sorts of things; what if you scared our driver, and he sways and crashes into something out of the fear of being attacked” Eva queried and scolded him like a child. Alpha Trent simply stared at her, blinking repeatedly. The way she talked to him made him feel immature, and he had to acknowledge that fact a little. “You were being unreasonable,” “I apologi
CHAPTER 107. Author's POV. The car slowly came to a halt and the driver came out and opened the door for Alpha Trent. When he stepped out, he was about to do likewise for Eva, but she came out before he did. Eva closed the door and gazed at the wolves that had distanced themselves from the car. They howled, and it made Eva feel safe and honoured. “You should at least wait for me to perform an act of chivalry” Alpha Trent complained, but Eva paid him no attention. She was instead looking at the compound and the mansion that brought her more hassles than she could imagine. The memories of the constant beatings, rape, and abuse came to her mind. It made her feel dizzy, recalling so much at such a fast rate. Eva staggered back but Alpha Trent was able to hold her, she didn't even realise his closeness until his hands grasped her arms. “Eva, are you alright?” Alpha Trent inquired, noticing her pale face. “Do you feel like sitting?” “No, I'm good,” Eva replied and leaned against th
