Angel POV.

The room I was shown was a very typical guest room, it felt like a hotel room, and it looked brand new, like no one had ever slept in there, but I wasn't sure if it was or not, I had no idea about anything concerning these two anymore.

"Thank you," I tell Hunter.

"Good night, we'll talk in the morning," he says, leaving me alone, so that's why they need humans, they need them to neutralise? I still don't get it, if they are soulmates why do they need humans, it felt like I needed the human point of view on this thing, and I only knew vampires, maybe I can ask Alec and Mia.

I got in the bed and took a sniff of the bed, it smelled brand new, washed and never been slept in, this room didn't feel comfortable, this room felt like it's weird and made me feel restless, I looked through my phone searching for anyone to talk to and decided to call Dylan.

"Shouldn't a blue like you be sleeping by now?" Dylan asks as he answers the phone.
