"We need to do something, would changing her save her?" I ask the doctor.

"Theoretically yes, but we haven't done it before," the doctor says sounding worried, too had no idea how to deal with this, there are people who studied the aftereffects of the nuclear war, most of them vampires, and half of them believe that the war caused us to become vampires, or maybe it's just the natural selection only the strongest get to live forever while the rest died.

"We'll do it, go and do it," I practically yelled at the doctor now, I didn't care as long as she got saved, one way or another.

"It's not that simple, you don't just bite people and wait for them to change, there are protocols we have to follow," the doctor says.

"I'll start doing the calls," I say getting up, leaving his office calling my office telling them to get the approval for the procedure, fast.

"I'll do the rest," Hunter says joining me with making all the calls we had to do to get this thing over with.
