Single Father Things

As soon as I'm home and pull out the contents of the diaper bag, I realize I don't have even half of the things Nukea mentioned. I need that thing to keep the bottles sterilized, a little bath tub and sponge, something to keep the baby from falling out of bed, more clothes to keep her warm, more diapers and more formula.

At this point, I really regret being so mad at Isabella in her last few months of pregnancy because I should have known about all this crap. I should know everything a baby needs.

I know a man isn't expected to know all that and especially me since my job wouldn't necessarily allow me to take care of a child like a mother would, but obviously it's always good to know those things because shit happens, shit just like this.

Without Nukea telling me all that, I wouldn't even know that a baby needs to eat every two hours and maybe I would’ve starved this kid to death.
