Lyanna Stuart

The ice shards kept coming to me with each cuts deeper than the last. It seems never ending numbing my body until I feel the last ounce of my strength completely disappear. I can hear the slashes even as I close my eyes.

Karin remarks without any sense or even a hint of pity and remorse, "Boo, she's not going to fight back. Just kill her already."

"Patience. She'll die anyway but we have to do this correctly and accordingly." Wharton justifies

Fairies- the high council or whatever they are... They're insane but as hurtful- and it hurts like hell- this is, I know that I have to endure it until I'm on the brink of death. I know Raya is inside of me and I can draw her out as I fall unconcious. I'm going to take that risk.

If there's anything I know for sure, Raya won't let me- us die. I'm her only shot in living and right now, Raya's my only shot at surviving this.<

Arthur LangdonThe three of us went to the academy without prior notice so it's only natural that they are currently holding their weapons against us with the intent to kill. Headmistress Pittman changes her form from a black raven into a human as he addresses us, "Ah the Langdon brothers, what brings you here and unannounced on top of that?""We're seeking temporary shelter." I replied straightforwardly"You dare show your faces to us? You forget that your kind- your family burned this establishment to the ground a few years back just because we agreed to provide shelter for..." Headmistress Pittman pauses for a while after peeking Lyanna's face and continues, "Another girl.""She's Raya's reincarnation."There were gasps from everyone as headmistress continues, "All the more reasons not to help you. Goodnight gentlemen."

Lyanna StuartAs soon as the training ends with me gasping for air, our instructor Gabriella smirks as she pair us up to practice sparring and basic combat skills- which I definitely lack and before she can point out someone to be my sparring partner, an intimidating girl steps forward and throws a staff as me.I barely manages to catch it making her chuckle at me mockingly. She spits as she says, "I'll take on the human girl.""Very well Cath, our bets fighter out here shall spar with you, Ly."Everyone suddenly stops with whatever they're doing and create a circle around us like a we're the main spectacle where Cath's the roaring tiger in the cage and I'm the puny human- oh and quite literally might I add. Cath IS actually a tiger.Cath cracks her bones as she slowly transforms into a magnificent tiger by command. I look aroun and seeing their exp

JD LangdonThinking about it carefully, I can't say anything to Arthur. I can't warn them- the pack won't let me. I have to investigate into this case subtly. Who the hell are they working with? How could they throw me off the bus just like that? I'm a superior race.I have to play this right. For some reason, the danger excites my heart. I throw the coin upwards and as it landed on tails, I have decided. I smirked at the thought of it. If there's anything they should know about me is that I'm the black sheep of the family- a natural risk taker. In other words, a gambler. That night, I sneak out of the academy to meet the pack and continue on with our plan. I came over unannounced. Their surprised faces can easily tell me that they've been hiding something from me.But I had to act clueless- no reckless. They need to take the bait.&nb

----As Lyanna curiosity grows, the more she falls into the witches' traps and Raya's inside her just waiting for the time to devour Lyanna's soul and claim the body that is rightfully hers. Arthur on the other hand notices how edgy JD has been acting these past days. He's been awfully too quiet. It's odd.Arthur LangdonI don't necessarily like how JD's been too quiet. Normally, he would be eager to leave the academy and telling that Lyanna isn't safe here or be with his wolf pack but as I glanced around, JD hasn't been in contact with them since yesterday. Is he scheming something?Whatever it is, I don't like the vibes of it.I'm already suspicious of the academy and the headmistress herself. I feel a spy lurking around here somewhere. Soon after as I took off my eyes off of JD, the wolf pack appro

-----Lyanna now aware that they might be a spy among the academy strides through the hallways with more cautiousness. Someone wants her dead and even inside the academy, she isn't safe as Arthur had promised her.She can't rely on JD either because he's hot on the wolves' trail as well, as much as she hates to admit it, she's alone.Lyanna StuartAs fear and paranoia start to creep in, a familiar voice whispered to me, "Oh come on, you were never alone, Lyanna. Just let me inside that pretty little head and I'll promise to help you."I was hesistant. At first I thought it was Raya because of the voice but then, the way he spoke- there's no doubt it's Jason Bloom. He's back in my head but probably because of Arthur's spell, Jason can't enter my mind at will.I found an empty room and looked into the mirror and there I saw

Arthur LangdonAfter flying for a while, I found a safe place to drop Lyanna off and transformed back to my human form closing the buttons of my shirt. I asked Lyanna, not sounding too concern because I didn't want to alarm her. It's the last thing I want to do. The way she is right now with Raya, Lyanna is a giant ticking bomb and every step is a landmine. It's crucial that she continues to believe that abstract idea. One that JD orchestrated along with her father. It's their futile belief and effort that got us into this mess in the first place.But... it's what's saving our asses also."Do you want to talk about it?" I asked but there was no response, I looked at Lyanna and saw her expression. She seems pre-occupied with her thoughts so I drew my face near her to ask again but before I could even say anything, Lyanna hugged me.

Arthur LangdonI called the last person I'm supposed to but I couldn't trust anyone. I called JD after Lyanna left. JD came in a hurry in his dragon form. He transforms back to his human form and pins me to the tree in fury, he demands with his eyes glaring right at mine, "Where the hell is she? What did you tell her?"I glared right back to him as he lets me go. It's a dragon thing. Our eyes holds our potential and the weak instinctively surrenders to those stronger. Even an ant who's about to be squashed knows to run away.JD falls back as I said, "Don't you dare do that again, older brother.""You're the one who called me here." JD says, "I don't see any wolves around so you know I'm not against you.""I'm not entirely sure at first but I figured you don't suck at sneaking out and you don't let me catch you but these p

Lyanna happens to wake up in the middle of the night sleep walking as usual.Arthur LangdonUpon seeing Lyanna sleep walk, I immediately went towards her. I gently place my hand on her forehead so that she can avoid hitting the door then I swiftly sweep her off her feet and carried her in my arms.Lyanna was muttering in her sleep, "They do. Dragons exist."I find myself letting out a small chuckle as I remarks, "What a fascinating dream you have, little lady."I carried Lyanna all the way upstairs back to her room and just when I was about to leave. Lyanna asks in her sleep, "I wonder what their weakness are?"I flinched and looked back at her. Seeing her still asleep, I hesitantly kissed her forehead and whispers, "You Lyanna. Lyanna StuartA bright light. The smell and feeling of something burning. I slowly opened my eyes seeing a blurry image of a white ceiling light. I could hear muffled voices but it all sounded gibberish to me.I opened my eyes completely now seeing the white tiles surrounding me, the fresh plant by the table and my hands covered with apparatus. I was confused. I groaned, "Mom?"Mom almost choked, she quickly puts out her cigarettes and opened the window to air it all out, she muttered, "Ah sh*t, I'm sorry honey, are you okay?""What happened?" I asked, "Where am I? Where's Clarisse? Where are the rest?""The rest?" It increased my speed tenfold- enough to avoid each attack Clarisse threw at me. Lightning bolts are now coming out of my entire body to keep me safe and increase my agility. Crap, at thise rate, I would only last another hour at best! Clarisse continued to use his manifestation of destruction- slicing and turning everything into dust. Our movements were at par with each other, I could keep up with Clarisse’s attacks as could she withstand mine. I shoot full power lightning directly towards her direction but it doesn't faze her at all. Again, it has to be stronger! She wouldn't stop until I die or she does. How do I... do this? I hated it. I hated feeling this way. What was the point? Why should it be me? I'm contemplating on everything and I know I shouldn't because the longer I stall, the longer Clarisse bring destruction everywhere. But how could I possibly decide? If someone else were to decide, what would they have chosen? I felt so lost. The demons were helplessly retreating back to hell and the fairies were dominating. Maybe all this was futile effort after all. Maybe i

However, Lyanna easily entered the barrier, she was crying her eyes out as she saw me, she hugged me, "Tate, don't leave me, okay? You're okay. We're going to be okay." "Ah... this must be what heaven feels like." I muttered with my eyes closed. It feels very tempting to just rest there without any care in the world. I wanted to escape it as badly as Lyanna did. I saw a glimpse of Lyanna's wrist. She wasn't the one binded to the fairy queen. Thank goodness. I said, "I'm glad." "Tate! Wake up." Lyanna was crying, "Tate, come on, get up, you're okay... right? My soul is in contract, you would never leave. That was our contract in exchange of my soul, right?"

This is indeed a demon's turf. I asked, "How come none of the other creatures knew about this? The fairies certainly aren't that stupid to choose a demon's turf as their lair."Tate cockily replied, "They didn't know. It's one of my father's best work. Satan secretly lured them into using this land as their lair. He intentionally used this land for when the time comes that the fairies tried to double cross us.""I must say, your race has always been kind of a jerk but this is cool." Raya looked at me with a smile and nodded, "Indeed I am." "What are you doing here?" I looked around but the surrounding is still ghostly white, I asked, "Am I dead? Is that why I can see you?" "Walk with me, Lyanna." Raya reached out for my hand and I hesitantly grabbed hers, we walked around the white walls and pavements, there was really nothing to see but for some reason, Raya kept walking anyway. She broke the silence finally and said, "How was your human life? I... must say I envy you. You had a shot at the human life I desperately wanted."
