I ran as fast as I could and searched every room in this place but Lyanna and Clarisse or any other fairies are nowhere to be found. I gritted my teeth in annoyance and cursed, "Sh*t, they're gone. The fairies took the two of them."

He fought against the fairy queen who effortlessly beaten him to pulp. Tate knew he was in trouble. ---------------- Tate Glassglow Ah crap, I can barely feel my legs. That attack that literally exploded the whole room left me powerless. The fairy queen blasted me with her binding magic. She released a strong and effective rune that binded my limbs from releasing critical attacks along with her anti-demon whip. Tate Glassglow Just when I felt like giving up, I saw Lyanna and Arthur rushed towards my side but Arthur wasn't able to enter the fairy queen's barrier beause he's a dragon. However, Lyanna easily entered the barrier, she was crying her eyes out as she saw me, she hugged me, "Tate, don't leave me, okay? You're okay. We're going to be okay." "Ah... this must be what heaven feels like." I muttered with my eyes closed. It feels very tempting to just rest there without any care in the world. I wanted to escape it as badly as Lyanna did. I saw a glimpse of Lyanna's wrist. She wasn't the one binded to the fairy queen. Thank goodness. I said, "I'm glad." "Tate! Wake up." Lyanna was crying, "Tate, come on, get up, you're okay... right? My soul is in contract, you would never leave. That was our contract in exchange of my soul, right?"
