Chapter 4- Taken

Alpha Kade's POV

I stared at this wretched bitch. I was dripping wet from head to toe. My suits was an array of colors from different cocktails spilled on me. I looked like I was in a tie-dye suit. I looked at her again and felt my brow furrow in anger. 

My fingers balled into a fist. I was about to hit her when suddenly, I felt a gentle tap on my shoulder. It was my mother. She pulled me aside and I felt all the eyes at the party on me.

"Let's go of me," I yelled angrily.

"Shhh," she hushed me gently.

 "I know that you are upset but there is no good in losing your composure here. This party is about you. How would it make you look if everyone saw your bad side?"

I was still fuming in anger; that bitch had to pay. My mother still continued to talk.

"And for the record, I heard what she said to you. If she truly is your mate, we have to keep in mind what the seer said. You cannot reject her Kade, at least not yet. We need our family to remain in power. Don't worry we'll find a way." 

I took a deep breath and relaxed. She was right. I couldn't afford to lose my cool in front of all these people. But I swore, that bitch was going to pay dearly for this.

"Is everything alright?" 

We both turned around and saw Alpha Draco walking towards us. His eyes were full of fear and anxiety as he looked me over stopping each time to stare at the colored patches on my white suit.

"Lady Artemis, Alpha Kade, may I ask what happened?"

I bit my lower lip angrily trying my best to keep my anger in check. There was a shuffle in the crowd and soon the waitress that did this to me was pushed forward. I looked at her in contempt and then turned back to Alpha Draco.

"There wouldn't be a problem except that this stupid maid of yours, which I presume to be blind, spilled an entire tray of drinks on my expensive suit."

Draco turned to the waitress with a mortified look in his eyes. I could see the hate brimming. 

Deep inside me I felt pleasure bubbling. I thought he was going to condone this wretched girl whose disgusting Omega blood made a stench in the entire hall. I feared his standards had dropped so low to tolerate such filth.

"Forgive me Alpha Kade. I will do something about her. Someone take her away."

In an instant, three bodyguards appeared and dragged the maid away. Her screams for forgiveness filled the entire hall but as soon as she had disappeared through the doors she was quickly forgotten, like an ill wind. The party resumed it's normal tempo. 

"I am very sorry Alpha Kade. How might I make this up to you?" 

I turned and looked at my mother and she gave me a knowing nod. I had no options left I had to take her.

"I would like to have her as a tribute for this embarrassment she caused me. I hope that's not a problem to you?"

He shook his head and I smiled.

"Good then she will be coming with me as soon as this party is over."

We smiled at each other and shook hands. Soon my Beta came up to me with a bag.

"Now, if you would excuse me, I have to go and get changed into a new suit. The party must go on." 

"Certainly. You can use the exclusive guest room on the third floor. Gina will show you the way."

Suddenly, a beautiful curvy lady walked up to both of us. I was almost blown away. She was beautiful. Why couldn't she be my mate instead of that disgusting waiter girl? 

I eyed her seductively and licked my lips and she reciprocated with a disarmng smile and wink. She was very sexy. Curvy in all the right places with striaght sexy legs. I nudged Alpha Draco.

"Maybe I have changed my mind. I think I want her instead."

I watched the nervousness on Alpha Draco's face as he tried to find an excuse to give to me.

"Well, Alpha Kade...uhmm...you see...uhmmm...Gina is..."

I watched as beads of sweat formed on his forehead. It was a sight to behold. I had to stop him befoe he got a mild heart attack.

"I was only kidding Draco. Miss Gina, please show me to the room."

"Certainly," she said in a seductively silky voice and she led me out of the hall. Before I left though, my mother grabbed my arm.

"Remember what was agreed, Kade."

I rolled my eyes and freed myself from her grasp. I wasn't a little kid anymore. I wasn't stupid.

Gina led the way and I was mesmerized by the sway of her hips. Soon we were on the top floor. She turned to a door and opened it.

"This is the guest room. I am deeply sorry about the incident and I hope that you aren't to angry about it."

Her voice was brimming with desire as she spoke. I couldn't help myself and pulled her into the room and closed the door. She gasped in delight as I pinned her to the wall and started at her neck.

My ears tingled in pleasure as she groaned from the feel of my lips and her fingers made their way down my chest to my waist.

"What is a sexy lady like you, doing with someone like Alpha Draco?"

I didn't even give her time to answer. My fingers had travelled up her short dress and were caressing her soaked bud. 

Her arousal smelt...

I stopped suddenly and sniffed the air and turned to Gina. She looked terribly flushed and disappointed that the fun had to end.

"You have to go."

She looked at me and pouted.

"But it was getting so good..."

I felt my blood boil almost instantly.

"Didn't you hear me? Are you deaf? I said, get out!"

She wimpered and scurried out of the room. I sniffed the air again and I felt a sudden urge rise inside me. She was near. I had to find her.

I went out of the room and looked down the empty hallway. There was no one there but her scent was strong. She had to be close. I walked around the corner and soon I heard the sound of light sobbing. 

I walked closer and soon I saw a heap in the corner, shaking in tears. I looked at her in disgust, she was the small and scrawny waiter from earlier. 

Suddenly she stopped crying and looked up at me. She had piercing blue eyes but that was all. She was weak and boney and her hair was a mess.

I looked around and took her roughly by the arm and dragged her along the corridor. She was clumsy on her feet and stumbled several times before we finally got to the room. I pulled her inside and slammed the door, pinning her roughly to the wall. 

She winced in pain and I pressed close to her. Her scent filled my nostrils and I felt the mate pull attracting me to her. 

I almost lost control of myself and would have marked her as mine but her appearance deterred me. 

I put my finger under her chin and tilted her face up. Her blue eyes pierced mine. They matched the gem, that the seer had given me, perfectly.

"Listen to me you filthy creature. I don't know who you are and I don't care. But let me make this clear to you and your thick skull."

I leaned in closer and she turned away in fear.

"You will never be my mate. Ever. I am an Alpha and the last thing I need is a pathetic, lowlife, good for nothing, weakling like you..."
