Carlos POV

I watched Nora leaving with Karen while the hall came to a standstill. I could hear whispers all around but I was least concerned. I didn't even give a damn about Jasper's hateful glares.

There was something else I needed to clarify and that's with Aria.

“ Carl-" Aria's shaky voice got drown in my anger.

I walked towards her and without saying anything, I dragged her out of the hall, her hands trembling in mine. I still can't believe these women took me for a fool.

First, it was Nora and now, Aria.

I was still fuming from what I found out about Nora. My annoyance was steaming from the fact that she was still denying it.

However, my suspicions were focused on Aria now. What exactly happened after she took my pendant? Why would she lie to me that it was my pendant? Aria was definitely hiding something from me, something about the pendant.

“ Carl, please-"

“ Shut up or I can help you shut it!" I growled, pushing her into the car roughly. She whimpered but I wasn't interested
