Cheyenne could hardly sleep. Normally after she drank she passed out the moment she hit her bed. Tonight, well tonight her thoughts were on Nick. Nick and only Nick.

Was he mad at her? Disappointed was more like it. She couldn’t believe she had actually called him. She sighed, she would never sleep thinking about seeing him later. She had missed him far more than she had thought possible. Far more than was healthy for a fling. Was this infatuation. She hadn’t known him long enough to call herself in love.
