It was Friday night, she was going to have her first fake ID in Goldstone, and she was planning to use it to its full potential. She saw how people dressed up in front of The Silver Tongue. She was glad she brought almost half of her night outfit that she can mix and match throughout the summer. Although she's never been to a nightclub before, she never fails to buy the outfit whenever she finds one that she absolutely couldn't resist. She put on a simple black tube top with a black miniskirt showing her legs, shoulders, half of her stomach and a peek of her bottom when she bends.
"Is that what you're going to be wearing?" Tommy didn't expect her to wear so little.
"I'm finally gonna wear my knee-high boots!! I've been wanting to wear them forever!" she was excited.
"It's gonna be a bit chilly ... aren't you gonna wear a jacket or something?" he sounded concerned. He'd never seen her dressed like that before, even though it was aligned with what girls wore to a club. In a selfish way, he wanted her curves to be shown just for him.
He knew every inch of her body like the back of his hand, but it was always in private. It was beautiful, she had every right to put them on display, but the thought of other people enjoying the sight of her with thoughts running through their minds bothered him.
She came over him seductively, "You'll keep me warm, won't you?" she rubbed her nose on his chin.
"Is that what you want? Me ... hovering over you the whole night to keep you warm?" his eyes darkened, his imagination was running wild.
"Hmmm ... I don't mind that at all," she said softly as she grazed her lips on his.
"You might as well just take them off right now ... I'll keep you warm, and wet and coming," he spoke in her ear and dipped his tongue in it.
He touched her bottom which was so easy to access right under her skirt. She giggled and wriggled away, "Not until we go out ... I want you to take me out again tonight ... then you'll get the rewards for being a good boyfriend," she had her back against him.
He wrapped one arm around her, touched her breast, "You're wearing a thong? Are you trying to kill me with this outfit tonight?"
She laughed, turned around, and kissed him, "No ... I just want to have some fun ... do you like it?"
He couldn't really answer the question, "I can't wait to get you off them," he said while kissing her neck.
She was tickled, "Later, tiger ... you can take them off me later ... can we go now?"
His eyes were hazy with lust, but he knew they had to go, "A sweater, maybe?" he was still hoping she would cover up herself a little bit.
She laughed again, "Alright ... I'll find something."
She rummaged through her suitcase and pulled out a black see-through long sleeve shirt, she showed it to him. "Thank you," he said.

He snuck her in through the back door, Roy was there to let her in without an ID. Roy had been Tommy's partner when he worked there as a bouncer the previous summer. Tommy took her up to the second floor and settled her at the bar where it was still quiet. "Wait here," he said and went to the back office to get her ID.
Alex, the bartender, put a coaster in front of her and whiskey glass on it. He filled the glass halfway after some ice. "It's on the house," he said with a friendly smile.
"Thanks," Charlie took a sip.
The second floor was dark and cold. People sat in sofas, enjoying their drinks with quiet companies. The music from downstairs was loud enough to be heard in a muffle from there.
"So ... this is your first time here in The Silver Tongue?" Alex started a conversation.
She nodded while swallowing her drink, "Yeah, it's my first time here in Goldstone actually."
Alex was wiping glasses behind the counter, "Well ... you're in for a treat then, since it's your first time here ... and you're Tom's girlfriend ... all your drinks tonight will be on the house."
Her face beamed, "Really? Thanks! I won't be drinking much though ... I want to explore the city tonight, I'm just getting my ID here."
Alex laughed, "That's what they all say ... before you know it, you'll be in a binge drinking contest with Caden there, and forgot why you came here in the first place."
Charlie picked up her drink and took a sip, she glanced at Caden, a big bulky guy who was standing next to the stairs by himself.
"Isn't that right, Deeta?" Alex asked a woman who was walking towards the bar.
Charlie turned to look after she heard the name Deeta.
"Isn't that right, baby? Open my tab will ya'? And pour me my usual," Deeta said as she leaned her back against the bar. Her eyes scanned the room, she stretched her arms along the bar like she owned the place. Her blood-red lipstick stood out in contrast to her pale white skin. Her dark hair fell on her shoulders just above her bulging breasts that were pressed by her tight gothic red vintage corset top.
She wore super tight black leather pants and stiletto strap shoes which compliment her petite figure. The way she stood and gazed across the room showed how confident this woman was, she was in her element. She took out a cigarette and lit it. Her fingernails all painted in red that matched both her lipstick and her outfit. Charlie couldn't help but stare at her and was drawn into her enigmatic presence.
Deeta took a long drag of her cigarette, looked over her shoulder when Alex put her drink on the counter. "I told Charlie here that she won't remember why she came here after a few drinks at The Silver Tongue ... Charlie's Tom's girlfriend," Alex said to her.
Deeta's eyes widened, a smile curved on her lips, she looked at Charlie with a pleasant surprise look on her face, "Why ... I'd never ..." she gasped and took her Martini for a sip.
Charlie smiled, "Hey Deeta ... it's nice to finally meet you."
Deeta raised her eyebrows, "That boy told you about moi?" she put her hand on her bulging breasts.
Charlie nodded with a knowing smile. Deeta laughed, "Well ... it's really nice to finally see the face behind the myth, too ... and what a lovely face it is," she complimented her. She opened her arms and invited Charlie for a warm welcoming hug. "Come here, darling, it almost feels like I've known you ... where is that boyfriend of yours, anyway?"
"He's at the back office, getting my ID."
A wicked smile emerged on Deeta's face, "Let's have a girl talk then." She looped her arm around Charlie's, "Pour us some more drinks Alex, it's a celebration!'' She lifted her Martini and made a toast with Charlie. Just when they were starting to get cozy, a big flamboyant figure came over to them. "Benji, baby, look who I found hanging around at the bar tonight ... it's Tom Raven's girlfriend, Charlie!" Deeta told the oversized man with full make-up on.
His mouth gaped open in disbelief with his hand over it, "She's real? Oh my God! You're gorgeous, girl! Aawww ... I can hear all the vaginas that are gonna be crying now that you're really here!"
Charlie laughed at his comment, she realized how popular Tom was at the club. "Benji's a make-up artist, a high on demand one here in Goldstone, he works at Maxine Roberts studio where Tom's about to work also," Deeta introduced them.
"Mm ... hmm ... and you my lady, would look absolutely fabulous with just a little touch-up... I can't believe how cute you would look like with Tom on the red carpet ... please tell me you're coming to the screening, 'cause I'll be doing the make-up and wardrobe," Benji was excited.
She was immediately drawn into their warm welcoming gesture, and with the help of a few drinks, they became instant friends. Charlie was especially taken by how sensual Deeta was, she had never met a character quite like her before. The way she dressed, the way she walked and talked. She was seductive, not in a trashy way, yet it wasn't intentional, it was natural. She was captivating.
Tommy came back about an hour later and found the three of them doing shots, laughing out loud and talking like they've known each other forever. He raised his eyebrows and curved his lips, "Looks like you've made friends," he whispered in Charlie's ear.
"Hey, look who finally came back," she sounded a little tipsy.
"And look who's been drinking without an ID," he teased her and gave a peck on her shoulder.
"Tom! You didn't mention what a wonderful girl she is," Deeta said.
"I didn't? I guess you have to see it to believe it," he looked at Charlie with smoldering eyes. She smiled and kissed him on the lips.
"Aaaw ..." Benji was moved by how in love they were.
"What have you guys been talking about while I was gone?" Tommy wrapped his arms around Charlie's waist. She took a drink from the bar and handed it to him.
"You know, I was actually looking for you and totally got distracted by your lovely girl here," Deeta was on her fifth glass, she was biting on the olive of her Martini. "Maxine wanted me to extend a dinner invitation at her house tomorrow night."
Charlie's eyes widened.
"And since you're here ... I'm sure Maxine would want to extend the invitation to you too, Benji here is going to be there too ... I think she wants to talk about the screening, and other work-related stuff with you," she winked at Tom. Work-related stuff with Maxine could mean a whole other thing, it made him nervous.
He thought for a moment, "Sure ... what time should we get there?"
Charlie was fidgeting on the bar stool.
"I think six would be good, you know where it is, right?"
Tommy nodded while sipping his drink.
"Great! Maxine's gonna be happy for you to come too, darling," Deeta caressed Charlie's cheek when she said that.
"Look ... I suggest you drink a few more shots here at the bar, and then go down to the first floor to enjoy the Chippendale performance, and see what Tom had been doing the past six months here," Deeta laughed freely. "And then you can go around town, given if you're not too drunk to do that ... or ... you can always go to the third floor and invite me in the action," Deeta winked at Charlie this time.
She stood up from the stool, straightened her skirt, "Unfortunately, I have a business to attend to, otherwise I would love to join you guys for a fun night around town," she signaled Benji to come with her. She leaned over and kissed Charlie on her lips which took her by surprise.
Tommy rubbed his face, "Deeta?"
"It would be awkward to kiss you on the lips, Tom ... hmm, I bet you taste really sweet down there, hun?" her eyes never left Charlie's as she blushed away from Deeta's gaze.
"Deeta?!" Tommy couldn't believe what she just said in front of him.
But she just laughed it off, "I'll see you tomorrow at Maxine's, okay? Have a fun night!" she blew a little kiss in the air and trotted away in her signature walk with Benji following right behind her.
"Bye, Tom!" he said cheekily, "Bye, Charlie," and they disappeared into the dark of the room.
Charlie begged him to take her to see the Chippendale performance. He finally caved in after a few glasses of vodka on the rocks, and a promise of hot and dirty sex afterward. So they went to the first floor, all tipsy and happy. It was a sight like nothin

"Before we meet her ... I think there are a few things I need to tell you about Maxine," Tommy needed to clean his conscience before the introduction.Charlie was smelling like a designer's perfume which she probably sprayed all over her body, she sat nice
"Charlie ... have you really thought it through? I mean ... are you seriously considering going to school here?" Tommy had to ask."I think I'd like to explore the idea ... we'll see ... wouldn't it be great if we can stay in the same city together?" she t
He must've fallen asleep eventually, he couldn't have dozed off for more than an hour when he was awoken by a warm fuzzy feeling between his legs. He opened his eyes to find his pants were pulled down, and all of him was inside Charlie's mouth. He groaned in surprise, and then in pleasure.
Tommy woke up with a mild headache, took a cold shower to jolt his system for the first day of work. Got dressed and got out of the room to find Charlie in the pantry fixing breakfast. He leaned on the doorway to absorb the moment, he wanted the feeling to last.
He read it during his break time. The contract was binding, he would have to commit exclusively to Arch Studios, in other words, to Maxine Roberts for the period of three years, and will be evaluated afterward for an extension. He will not be allowed to work for another party for the period of the contract, which was actually a privilege because he didn't have any offers yet. He didn't have anything to lose.
The campus was everything she had imagined and more. The brand new building was grand, modern, fully equipped, it was heaven for those who wanted to learn everything about the film industry. The list of Professors was blinding her with names of people who were still very actively working and made a name for themselves. To think that she will be learning first hand from the best in their field was no doubt pulling her towards the idea of enrolling at the institute.
He poured the Hennessy into the sifter, just enough. Slipped the glass between his fingers and swirled to inhale the evaporating aroma from the swish. He sipped on his favorite cognac, let it stay in his mouth for a fraction of a second before swallowing it. He loved the after taste.
It's been over a week since her divorce was final. She could still remember Bill's expression when he left the court room. Broken, lost, remorseful. He told her he was sorry. His apology came too late. If she hadn't done what she did, it wouldn't have come at all. He agreed on the alimony, and the financial support for their two daughters. They agreed that Bill should keep the house, Catherine had no intention to go back to Bluebridge. It was a long couple of months of divorce court.
They were playing the premiere of The Night Film project in campus. First year of college was almost over. It was a success among the students, they loved it. Brad's project became an instant hit, many of the students inquired to be part of their next project. The team was growing.
It was 10 o'clock in the morning the next day. Charlie was having breakfast with Tommy and Jeremy at The Deuce. They haven't done that in awhile. Amber's funeral was still a hot topic on the news. It made the front page of The Goldstone Daily newspaper. Maxine's grieving face when she delivered her eulogy was plastered all over the news instead of Amber's.
Dinner at Maxine was quiet. He wouldn't have been there if Maxine didn't insist that he came back with her and Deeta after the funeral. Her eulogy about how wonderful her relationship was with Amber, both personally and professionally, had diminished any appetite he had left for food.
