Fourth

It's been two weeks, Noah always goes to Amrodan's house every day. He rarely spent time with Gladys. Even Noah never went to school and Xeva never saw him. 

Exactly today, Noah went back to school. He didn't want his father to be suspicious, Moreover, knowing him who often comes to the uncle's house to practice magic secretly. Because practicing at Amrodan's house, now Noah has become very strong. His magic power exceeds his father, Mr. Retter. 

"Hey, Noah!" Noah looked back when someone patted him on the back. He could see that Xeva was smiling sweetly at him. 

"Hey, Xeva. What's up?" asked Noah.  

"I missed you so much. Where have you been leave? I've been looking for you for the past two weeks," Xeva hugged Noah tightly. She missed this guy so much. 

Noah tried to let go of Xeva's arms. He was very embarrassed to be noticed by the passing students. 

"Meet me at the park behind the school at three o'clock. I'll be waiting for you there," he said after successfully releasing Xeva's arms. 

Xeva looked back where Noah passed in front of her. A smile was engraved on her lips. So happy to meet Noah, she greeted every student who passed her. 

She's really happy now.

As Noah said earlier, now Xeva is sitting on a park bench waiting for Noah to come. Five minutes passed, and Noah came with a wrinkled face. 

"Sorry, I am late. The last lesson is sports," said Noah as he sat next to Xeva. 

"Nope. So, what do you want to say?" asked Xeva, she was really curious. Because this was the first time Noah had spoken to her. 

"Tonight, come with me to Lasi Town," said Noah after gulping down his drink. 

Xeva rolled her eyes in surprise. Noah asked her out with him? Impossible. 

"I am serious." As if knowing what was on Xeva's mind, Noah immediately reassured her. 

Xeva tapped her index finger on her chin as if thinking, "Okay. But, promise not to give me false hope," she said with pursed lips.

"Okay, I'll promise. Wait for me later night. I'll pick you up, babe." Noah whispered in Xeva's ear while stroking her head. Then he stood up leaving Xeva speechless.       

"Oh, what did he do to me, God?" the sweet smile never left her lips. As if nothing bad would happen in the future. 

Arriving home, Xeva immediately unpacked her closet. Looking for a nice outfit for a date with Noah. 

“This is good, not too hot.”

“This might be better. But, too open.”

Finally, she found clothes that fit. Peach knee-length dress with white lace underneath. Then She put on boots and a matching coat. 

"Oh, my baby girl. You look so perfect. Tell me, where are you going?" asked Mr. Abhi when he sees his daughter who is already dressed up. 

Xeva smiled shyly. This isn't really like her usual self. Usually, she would raise her head arrogantly. 

"Dad, Noah asked me out on a date tonight." Xeva lowered her head smiling shyly with blushing cheeks. 

"Wow, daddy's daughter has grown up, hm." 

Xeva had not had time to reply to Mr. Abhi, a bodyguard comes with Noah. As promised, tonight Noah will take Xeva away. 

"Hello, Uncle. I want to ask permission to take your daughter out with me," said Noah as he bowed in greeting. 

"Alright. Noah, you must protect my daughter. Don't get hurt again."

Noah nodded in understanding. He also didn't have the slightest intention of hurting Xeva.

Noah held Xeva's hand, teleported, and arrived at the main street of Arica city. They walk side by side. Not far from the road to Lasi Town. 

"I'll take you to my uncle's house," said Noah suddenly. 

"I thought you were going to ask me out." Xeva looked down sadly. She thought Noah had given up on her. 

Noah laughed softly. Xeva looked cuter like that than usual. Her arrogance is not visible at this time. 

"Don't worry, honey. I'll bring you out after I'm done with him." 

Her lips curved into a sweet smile at Noah's words. How can Noah be this cute? 

The whole trip was filled with their laughter. Noah wasn't as cool as usual. He had already opened up to Xeva. He would not waste Xeva. 

Xeva got little goosebumps through this road. Looks very quiet. Noah said his uncle's house was just down the road. There are no houses along the way, only shady trees. Doesn't look like a City. 

Until finally at the end of the road, we can see a large house with ancient characteristics. It looks like it's been around for hundreds of years. 

"Is that your uncle's house?" asked Xeva.

"You can see. That's the only house here, my stupid baby." 

Xeva snorted at Noah's answer. There's no need to call her stupid, she's just asking. Ignoring Xeva's snort, Noah grabbed Xeva's hand. They walked towards the main door, the door automatically opened as they approached it. 

Noah immediately pulled Xeva's hand into the mansion. Xeva felt an evil aura here. 

"Welcome, my beloved nephew," said Amrodan as they entered the mansion.  

Xeva opened her eyes in shock to see her Dad in a golden cage right behind the person claiming to be Noah's uncle. Not only her Daddy, but all the people of Arica city were also there. Noah was also surprised to see that. His eyes turned blue and flashed with anger. 

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING UNCLE?!" Noah shouted angrily. 

Amrodan laughed loudly at that. His nephew was so stupid. He is very easy to fool. 

"As you can see," he said casually.

"Damn it! how could you trick me?" Noah growled.

"Not only that. I will also lock you two up," said Amrodan then raised his hand to cast magic to lock them up.

Before reaching Noah and Xeva, they first disappeared from there. 

"Argh, damn it! I'll get you!" Amrodan shouted angrily. 

"No problem. No matter how much he tries, you can't be released. Because everyone who frees you, will surely die," he said then smirked. His laughter echoed throughout the room.  

"I hope that pair of people can save us all," Someone thought. 

"I hope my daughter and Noah can save us," inner Mr. Abhi.

"Give safety to both of them, God."

"Oh Lord, I'm so tired. Can we rest for a bit?" Xeva asked with sweat dripping down her face. 

"We rest for a while." Noah finally broke up. 

They both sat under a shady tree. Even though they have magic, their powers cannot be used in the Aswan forest. Xeva washed her face with Asran river water.

"Noah, I'm pathetic for that grandpa. Let's help him." Xeva said while pointing at someone there. 

Noah nodded without speaking. He walked towards the old man leaving Xeva who snorted in annoyance. 

"Excuses me, Sir." 

The old man turned his attention to the source of the sound. 

"What are you guys doing here?"
