Chapter Two, Yusa's Misfortune

"Pay the rent now!!"

"Rent??..but I already pay it every month madam...why are you charging me rent again??.."

"When are you going to pay the rent..hah!!..you've been in arrears for three months!!.. Your girlfriend Olivia and her parents have never paid the rent at all... you're just free riding here!!!"

That's right... Yusa lives in this rented house with Olivia's parents and his fiancé.

Yusa doesn't want Olivia's middle-aged parents to have to live in a shabby and uninhabitable house near the Monday market.

But Yusa always pays his rent on time..he sends money to Olivia to pay it..he is never in arrears...but if the landlord gets angry and kicks him out it means Olivia doesn't pay her rent.

"Madam, I always pay the rent every month...I gave the money to Olivia to pay to Madam..."

" But I don't receive any rent!!"

"Ma'am..." Yusa whispered

"Don't beg me... tomorrow there will be a new renter... you have to leave the rented house tonight!!"

"No... don't, madam... I don't have any place left to stay if madam throws me out of here... let me stay at least one night, madam..."

"You think my rent is a shelter?!"

" Ma'am..."

"Go!! Hey, you guys quickly take this kid's things out and lock the door!!"

Immediately the burly man threw Yusa's bag.

"Wait.. why only this??... I have a lot of things.. refrigerator.. television.. fan.. that's all I bought."

Yusa looked at his backpack which only contained dirty and smelly clothes.

When he occupied this rented house two years ago... this rented house was still empty with nothing in it.

But after Yusa worked day and night to save money... he started buying household furniture to fill the rent.

The landlady's mother laughed, "You idiot... Olivia's father and mother have sold all those things to me!!"

Yusa glared, "how can they sell it?!..I bought it..where are they now?!"

"Why are you complaining to me?!!... I just bought it... ask your future father and mother-in-law for the money!!... don't ask me!!... they've been away with the money since yesterday afternoon!!"

Yusa clenched his fists in disapproval.

"What are you doing still here?!!... are you going to get hit?!!.."

Several muscular men began to advance to surround him.

Yusa had no choice but to take his backpack and leave the rented house.

"You poor bastard!!...he thinks my rental is a charity...it's so nice that he wants to sleep here for free!?"

Yusa gasped when he saw the letter of dismissal from the HRD department that was given to him this morning.

"Mr Robi, what does this mean sir?"

"How come you can't read... it says clearly that you will be fired..."

Yusa read the reasons for his unreasonable dismissal, "Mr. Robi, I can't possibly be fired for trivial reasons like this... I've been an office worker here for two years and that's not a short time, sir..."

"Why are you angry with me...Mr Roger fired you because your performance was bad..."

"Sir... I always work well... which of my jobs is bad?!"

"You spilled coffee on Mr. Roger's clothes and made him late for the meeting?!"

Two days ago, Roger deliberately tripped over Yusa's leg while delivering coffee.

Roger himself seems to have done that on purpose and this is the reason... he wants Yusa fired.

"Mr. Robi, it wasn't because of my carelessness but Mr. Roger's own carelessness... I brought him coffee but he tripped over my leg on purpose."

"Don't make things up.. there's no way Mr. Roger would do something as lowly as that.. basically tomorrow you don't need to come to the office and pack your dirty clothes from your locker.. there's a new office boy who will start working tomorrow and use your locker.. "

In recent days, Yusa has filled his locker with lots of things.

He didn't have a place to live so he took two shifts day and night at this office so he could share a bed, but after he was fired, Yusa didn't know where to go anymore.

"Why are you stunned?!...it's still not clear??!"

"Severance pay?"

Robi narrowed his eyes and became even more angry, "That money is enough for your severance pay!!"

"But sir, it's only five hundred thousand... I should get at least five million as severance pay because I've worked here for a long time..."

"I've been given severance pay...still rude!!...don't beg in this office!!

Yusa threw the money in the envelope at Robi's face, making the public relations officer very angry.

"Damn!! How dare you throw away the money I gave you!!"

"I'm not a beggar!! I'm just asking for my rights!! I don't need that money!!"

"Damn!! Robi cursed, pulling Yusa by the collar, wanting to hit him, but Yusa held Robi's hand and two other office boy saw their fight.

"Yusa, don't look for trouble with Mr. Robi..."

"Shut up!!"

Robi became angry and hit Yusa in the face.

"Beggars like you want to waste money..hah!!..good I will see how you starve and beg on the streets for wasting this money!!"

Yusa's body was forcibly dragged away by two employees of Robi's friends who had just arrived.

"Expel this dirty bum from our office...we don't need an office boy who pretends to sell high prices...don't know his rank!!"

Yusa was humiliated and became a spectacle... all the employees just saw that no one wanted to help him.

Yusa pointed at Robi's annoyed face, "Now you're kicking me out, but you'll see, one day I'll kick you out of this company!!"

Robi laughed out loud, "Are you stupid... insane... how can a poor person like you who lives living here have the power to fire me!!!... it's you who will starve to death because you no longer work here !!..you poor ungrateful bastard!!"

Robi called two security guards, "Quickly get this poor guy out of here... don't let his dirty feet step on this company again!!"

" Yes sir.."

Yusa was forcibly dragged out of the gate. Yusa promised in his heart that he would take revenge for what those people had done to him now.

When I return to Imperial I will make you kneel at my feet!!
