Emelda's POV

The sun had set, bathing the sky in a breathtaking dark blue color that matched with the twinkling stars on it.

I smiled. It was fascinating to see how the natural gentle glow rhymed with the artificial lights placed around the arena.

The breeze was cool and refreshing also, carrying with it the scent of jasmine and roses that bloomed in the gardens nearby.

The flowers seemed to come alive in the darkness, their delicate petals swaying in the wind, releasing a sweet fragrance that lingered in the air.

It was a scene worth beholding, a moment of peace and beauty that felt almost magical.

“You look lovely,” Jeffrey complimented, immediately I got inside of the building.

I blushed slightly, running my hand over the strands of hair I had styled in front. “Thank you, Jeff. You look great too.”

Jeffery wore a brown suede Tuxedo suit and white pants to match. His hair, brushed backwards.

Leaving Jeff, I strode further inside.
