Isabella sat in the corner of the cafeteria, watching people enjoy their relaxed lunches. One hand was stirring the vanilla latte on the table. It had been five minutes since Isabella sat with her coffee, made of espresso, milk, and vanilla syrup, while pondering Nina Carpenter’s words.
