CHAPTER 9

"This is your house?"

Isabella nodded her head. She looked down once more, then pulled the bag from the dashboard of the car. "Thank you for driving me, Mr. Kingston."

Felix looked at Isabella, she looked glum and avoided his gaze as she moved out of the car. The man could only remain silent, watching Isabella's departure until the girl walked into the house. Until the end, Isabella no longer looked back to make sure Felix was still there or not. And that made Felix sympathize a little. He tapped his fingers on the side of the steering wheel, before finally pulling out his cell phone and calling someone on the other side.

"Hello, Parker? Yes, it's me. Can you send Miss Swan's car to her house? Yes, I'll send you Miss Swan's address now."

Click. The call went off. And after a long sigh, Felix started the car engine again, he drove away from Isabella's house.

While inside the house, Isabella had just entered her room. Isabella's blue eyes looked around, she found an empty room
