CHAPTER 15

The sun that slipped through the crack in the window managed to shine down on Felix. He could also dimly hear the sounds of birds and commotion from outside. Felix's logic only kicked in when he realized that this was not the morning scene from his house. He opened his eyes quickly. His two brown eyes found the white ceiling of the wall, it was already slightly faded with age, but there was something more surprising to Felix.

Felix glanced slowly to his right side, when he realized that there was a woman sleeping and hugging herself carelessly.

“Argh!”

Felix's reflex movements as he pushed away the strange woman's body, made the morning atmosphere even more frenzied. Isabella, who had just been pushed off the bed, let out a long moan.

“My body!”

Felix's eyebrows furrowed, he looked surprised. It was a familiar voice. And when Isabella was able to get up from the floor, their eyes met.
