Isabella sped through the streets in her car, racing without paying attention to the streetlights changing around her. The night wind rushing in through the open car window hit her face, but it didn’t make her feel any better. Her mind was filled with images of Felix and Sarah, as if those pictures couldn’t be erased. Every time she tried to push the thoughts away, the pain in her chest only grew stronger. She needed a place to escape, somewhere she could forget everything, even if just for a while.
