June's POV

It's been a busy week. Renae and I had been busy making tonics and herbal supplements for the upcoming event. It was Alpha Ted's order

It was one of a kind. I had never witnessed a big event of such in the past five years since we had been absorbed by the Twilight Pack.

It's been crazy coping with the Pack's responsibility as a maid, taking care of Renae's pups, and keeping an eye on Renae.

That night, five years ago we were attacked during our escape from Moonlight Pack. Renae fell off the hill and I was knocked out.

When I regained consciousness, the attacker was gone and I was all alone. I screamed out my lungs, calling out to Renae but no one responded.

I scampered around and returned to the spot where Renae was before I was knocked out. My heart skipped a beat as I saw blood stains on the floor and some on the grass.
