Liliana's POV
My heart thundered in my chest at the words that had just slid past my lips a couple of minutes ago. I was known for always giving everything I said second thoughts before eventually spitting them out, but not tonight. Tonight, I was on fire, literally and metaphorically too.
My skin burned with a heat that could only be traced to one person. We'd barely parted a bit to catch our breaths a little, but the tension in the air crackled, almost threatening to suffocate us if we didn't get back to it soon.
Even in a million years, I never expected tonight to turn out like this. One minute I was scared and stuck in my room, and the next, I was in the cellar and making out with someone. Not just anyone, Alpha Jason.
The mere thought of him was more than enough to have me warming up from the inside. Everything was just as it was in my dream, or even better. His hair had the same texture as I ran my fingers through it, and his lips, I would kiss them for the rest of my lives if I had the chance to do so.
I had no idea how he'd ended up in the cellar, at the exact time I was in here too, but there was one thing I was sure of, I didn't regret any of this, not one bit.
“Playful aren't you?” Jason's low drawl was all it took to pull me out of my thoughts. The cellar was still dark, so it was hard for him to see me. I was sure he had no idea who I was, and I was fine with that. A small knot tightened at my chest. Maybe why he was doing all of this, was simply because he had no idea who I was. What if he somehow got to find out? What was going to happen then? And would it change anything between us?
I blinked, willing the thoughts to go away. This wasn't the right time to think about things like that. Jason was in front of me, and we were well on our way to playing out my fantasy, and I wanted to enjoy every piece of it.
With Alpha Jason's taunts still hanging in the air, I took that as my opportunity to make a move. In one swift motion, I pushed him away from my body, but only slightly. In the twinkle of an eye, I had his back to the wall, and a good glimpse of the lust in his eyes, increasing all the more as the seconds ticked by. He gasped, but before he could let out any more words, I wrapped his hands around my waist. Luckily for both of us, he wasted no time in taking the hint, before pulling me flush against him.
“Don't you think we should enjoy this moment?” I purred in his ear, my voice dropping to a seductive smirk. “Instead of focusing on other things?”
“I think you're right.” He pressed a kiss to my lips. It was chaste and quick, but with just the right amount of fervour. “You're right.”
Like that was all the motivation he needed, Jason's hands cupped my butt again. I moaned, accompanied by a small gasp. Cold air nipped at my skin as Jason loosened the shawl wrapped around my waist. The light fabric tickled my skin as it made its way to the floor.
Goosebumps lined the surface of my skin as Jason's erection poked me in the thigh. From the little contact, it was more than obvious how huge he was down there and the thought of it sent a thrill down my spine.
Something surged through me, and I recognized it immediately. Adrenaline, mixed with a little bit of lust for the hot Alpha in front of me. Letting my shawl loose seemed to have unlocked a side of me I never thought existed. A freaky side that wanted to go all the way with the alpha, over and over again.
Gently, my fingers brushed Jason's chest. His skin seemed to burn underneath my touch and the little hisses he let out were all the proof I needed to know that he was enjoying it. My eyes rolled to the back as he latched onto my neck, kissing and sucking at the sensitive spot, just below my earlobe. My stomach churned in excitement, and I pressed my thighs together.
If he continued like this, then it would be no surprise if my wetness started dripping onto the floor. I didn't stop. I had made a secret vow to pleasure the alpha just as much as he did me, and I wasn't planning on going back on my word anytime soon.
I fiddled with the loose tie that hung across his neck. It took just a matter of seconds to loosen the fabric from his neck and the moment I did, an idea popped up in my mind.
“What are you doing?” Jason chuckled as I gently pried his hands from my waist. Pure want danced in his eyes as he watched what I was about to do. With as much dexterity as I could muster, I pulled Jason's hands together, before tying it firm with the tie. When he realized what I'd just done, he smirked. “You naughty little kitty.”’
With nothing but a sultry smile in his direction, I took off to the other side of the cellar. I didn't plan any of this, but the fact that it was going well made my blood boil and my heart race. It took Jason less than a minute to free himself from the tie holding his hands together.
Jason's footsteps echoed in the huge cellar as he ran towards me, and In less than two strides, he had caught up to me.
“Gotcha.” He grinned. “Did you really think you could get away from me?”
My heart thundered wildly in my chest, but nothing prepared me for the next words that slid past his lips.
“Do you know what this means?” His voice was low. “Today, I'm going to find out who you are.”
My breath hitched in my throat and I felt a tiny part of my heart break.
What the hell was I going to do now?
Liliana's POV The world around me seemed to slow to a halt as Jason's words rang loudly in my ears. My ears buzzed, and a small throb made its way to the back of my head. Why was Jason so hell bent on finding out who I was? Despite all of my attempts to distract him from knowing my name, none of them seemed to be working. No matter what I did, or what I tried, he was hell-bent on finding out my true identity, and there was no way I was going to let that happen. But if he found out, was it going to be that bad?Mike's words from earlier echoed in my ears immediately, like a painful reminder.“Jason doesn't like plain Jane's like you.” I dismissed the thought from my mind immediately. Alpha Jason and I were on totally opposite sides of the hierarchy. Without giving it a thought, I was sure if he found out my true identity right now, he would put an end to everything we had going on.“Cat got your tongue, little kitty?” Jason's low tone in my ear pulled me back to earth. I shivered
Liliana's POV The room was quiet, save for the tick tock from the clock hung way high up on the wall. It was a pretty black piece that matched with the dull pastel of my room, and while I usually adored it as one of the prettiest things in the room, I could no longer stand it. I wanted to take out its batteries or worse, smash something so hard against it that it would break. No, Liliana. I cautioned myself. The clock isn't your problem. And it was true. The piece of decoration wasn't my problem. In fact, I didn't even know what my problem was. I was furious, sad, heart broken and angry, all at once , and it was all thanks to one person. No matter how hard I tried to push it to the back of my mind, it always came back, and alongside that memory, was pain.“Not only is she wolfless, she's just as useless too.” Alpha Jason's words echoed in my ears. To be honest, I never saw him as the kind of person who could utter such words, especially not to me. I always wondered why he and Mik
Mike's POV “Where is it?” I muttered to myself as my eyes scanned the table in front of me. I'd lost count of how many times my eyes had scoured the table, but it didn't change anything. I still couldn't find it. “Where the hell is it?”A low hiss slid past my lips as I got up. I was sure I'd left it on my bedside table, so why wasn't it here anymore? Had someone snuck in and probably taken it? But who? Who would have come in here and taken it without my knowledge? My room was always locked, except for the night of the pool party. Was that when it had been taken? I shook my head. It still didn't make any sense. No one knew what they were used for, so why would they take it? I just needed to find it. I'm sure it's in here. It just has to be here.I headed to my wardrobe immediately. I swung open the wooden doors, and a loud creak followed, but I couldn't be bothered about that. One after the other, I pulled my clothes, before flinging them onto the bed. I didn't care about making
Liliana's POV I pressed my eyes shut, but only momentarily, reason being, if I were to stumble and fall, I would be left completely alone to deal with the pain and embarrassment that came with it. I wasn't alone, but I was sure before she would realize that I had fallen, Ciara would have had to finish talking about the man she just wouldn't stop talking about.“Isn't he dreamy?” Ciara's voice pulled me back to the present, forcing me to tune back into our conversation. “ You can't even deny that he isn't. He's just so hot it literally hurts.”I wanted to barf. Like literally throw up all over the walkway. If everything Ciara was saying happened to be how she truly felt about him, then she was in danger, serious danger, and needed help as soon as possible.“Are you even listening to me?” Ciara shot me a side glare and I nodded furiously. “Are you lying to me?”“No.” Yes. I wanted to yell out the words that she had no idea what she was saying and was totally romanticizing a total vi
Liliana’s POVThe crystal water of the lake showed my reflection as I hovered along the banks, surprised to see myself in a wolf form, even though I did not have one. Perhaps I was not blessed with it, or it has not yet awakened. But I was already beyond the age of awakening, and until now, I have none.‘Is this how I would look like if I had a wolf?’ I thought to myself. The dead leaves rustled behind me, someone was approaching. The moment I turned around, I suddenly shifted back to a human form.“Jason,” I uttered, recognizing the black wolf that stood in front of me. He took another step forward and shifted to his human self. Blood crept in my cheeks, making me blush as we faced each other— naked, and I could see all of his glory, flashed before me.My nudity did not escape his tantalizing eyes that scanned every part exposed. A shiver ran up my spine as his gaze burned my skin. I breathed deeply and my chest rose in each intake. I wanted to cover myself in embarrassment, but a hu
Liliana’s POVNight came and all the Omegas who prepared the food, drinks, and everything for the pool party went into their quarters before the guests began to pour in, staying in as ordered. After school, I remained in my room because even with my stubborn attitude, I still hesitated to disobey the Alpha’s order. But I won’t deny that I want to see Jason so badly. The heat that had never left me continued to prick my skin like sparks as the memory of the dream danced in my mind. I had been restless, and I was excited to see him again tonight, hopefully, even just a glimpse of him from my room, on the second floor of the house which gives a view of the pool in the backyard of the house.“Do not test me, Liliana.”I sighed when I remembered his words. He never made a threat without acting on it, and I was a first-hand witness to that. If he said he would punish me for disobedience, then he would, no questions asked, and no mercy shown. I winced at the stinging memory when he had shown
Liliana’s POVJason stood up and I panicked. He did not break our eye contact as he moved to my direction, and I did not know what to do. So I shied away and decided to leave. I am not yet ready to face him. What would I say? He might only belittle me, just like what Mike had been always telling me. Jason is going to be an Alpha soon, and he would also look down on me just like everyone else. I have seen him numerous times before when he visits Mike, but to talk to him? I never did. The words from my Alpha haunt me to the core of my soul, and I don’t even have the spirit anymore to hope for Jason. As I turned to leave, a yelp escaped my lips when I collided with something hard. I shivered when I saw the person towering over me, his face was cold and furious, eyes were shooting glares and I did not dare to speak for I know that I have nowhere else to go. I’m caught.“What are you doing here?” Mike hissed. “Didn’t I tell you to stay in your room?”He grabbed my arm and roughly pulled me
Jason's POV The air was thick with tension, and if something wasn't done about it, I feared it would ruin the rest of the night. Apparently, I wasn't the only one with that thought process. All around me, the rest of the party goers shuffled their feet awkwardly, each and everyone of them not wanting to meet the host’s gaze. When hushed and slightly raised voices began to reach my ears, I just knew it was gradually blowing out of proportion.“Did you see that?” Someone whispered. His tone was pensive with a hint of mockery at the same time. “I never expected to witness so much drama tonight.”“I think I'm glad this happened.” Another voice spoke up, and it belonged to a woman this time. “The party was beginning to get a tad boring.”I tuned them out immediately, before pushing my gaze towards the scene in front of me. Mike had his back to me, and with the posture of his hand, it was obvious he was still cradling the spot where that lady had slapped him. With how loud the sound had
