Chapter 120

"Mom" I called out to her and she looked at me in shock. All I could see in her eyes was pain but I knew that the pain had nothing to do with me, after all, she was just looking at the picture of her husband with his mistress who was also her sister.

Such a situation would have broken anyone heart and it did the same to my mother. To make matters worse, the young woman was now pregnant for him. It looked like the very worst thing that could actually happen to anybody and it was happening to her right before her very eyes.

She held me and fell back into the seat that was in front of her. She had gone into shock, it was very obvious and I stood there, not knowing what to do and I rushed to get her a glass of water and gave her to drink.

"Drink this, it will help you," I said and she took the water from my hand and gulped it up without saying a word.

"Take in deep breaths now. In and out," I advised her again when I noticed that she was still disorganized about everything. Thankfully
