"How are you feeling?"

As soon as Chase opened his eyes, he saw a beautiful figure above him. He realized he was lying in Quinn's arms, and she was looking down at him with concern.

"I'm fine. How long has it been?" Chase asked quickly, becoming aware that he had left the other world. He felt like he had been there for days and hoped it would not have affected the real world too much as it concerned Bianca's safety.

Reflecting on the last moments before he left that world, Chase still found it hard to believe. In the blinding light, he thought he saw a figure emerging, one that looked eerily familiar. It matched the silhouette hidden deep within his consciousness.

It was impossible. Chase could not believe it, yet the sight was undeniable. The figure in the light seemed to be speaking to him, lips moving without a sound reaching him.
