The flight landed and both of us walked out of the airport.

“So what’s your family like?” I asked him.

“What kind of question is that?” He asked lifting his eyebrow.

“I mean, tell me something about them… your mom, dad and siblings..” I asked. I really want to know more about them before actually meting them.

“Well I don’t think you want to know much about my dad. He’s not my favourite person either. And my mom died when I was 12, dad married someone else, though I was never able except her as my mom but she tried her best to fit into that mother figure I had. I’m very sure you’ll like her though, she is sweet.” He said and I smiled. What a coincidence, I too lost my mother when I was 5 and now that I think about it, it must have been the same year too.
