“Hi.” I said in a low tone, trying hard to not make it sound like a lust-ful sigh.
He merely watched me as I moved across the room to grab my moisturizer, before settling down on the edge of the bed. Sprawling my legs out long, I leaned against the backrest. I felt the heat of his gaze all along, and I reveled in it.
“What did you do in town?” He suddenly asked.
I cleared my voice before saying, “Nothing much. Some shopping-”
