184. Last minute debacle

Kiara’s POV

“Isn’t this just perfect?” I huffed out in annoyance, sarcasm evident in my voice.

Bella gave me a sympathetic look before she looked over my shoulder to inspect the tailor. It had been close to half an hour that we were stuck in this exact same position. When I first tried on my wedding dress, it posed absolutely zero issues. The fit was perfect and I was ready to do it on my special day. However, when I wore it again earlier today, I managed to tear a portion of the netted sleeve.

The horror on Bella’s face when I first revealed it to her was unforgettable, which made me more apprehensive to reveal it to anyone else. She quickly rushed me out of the house and drove me to the boutique that sold me the dress, and ever since then, everyone’s been trying to fix it. Looking at the progress, the chances of salvaging it were very slim.

“How much longer do we have before I need to arrive there?” I asked as Bella glanced at her watch.

“An hour and a half at the maximum.” She
