Chapter 38: The Information

(Dark POV)

It's already morning and we are here now at our mansion here in the States. After we arrived here yesterday, we immediately went to the underground to gather information.

We didn't announce our return to the underground because the person who wanted to usurp our throne might find out about it.

I just woke up because I stayed up too much last night. Red and I couldn't sleep because of the information we gathered last night and later we will go back to the underground to gather more information and see what is really going on underground.

I got up and did my morning routine. After I did, I immediately went downstairs and saw Red in the living room holding a newspaper and drinking coffee.

He turned his gaze to me when he felt my presence. I just nodded at him and he did the same.

I went to the kitchen and there were people serving food. We no longer have helpers because we stopped hiring them because they might feel sorry for our trouble.
