“She actually left us…”, Jason said in a voice that sounded like a whisper, with fresh set of beads forming on his forehead.

Ethan was too stunned that he couldn’t utter a single word. He turned to look at Claire who was staring like someone who was dumb.

“Claire, what are we going to do? We can’t leave her alone in this forest”, Jason said as he walked over to clear who looked like she was at the verge of tears.
