Aurora finished training and sharpened her blade like she always does. She finished and tugged the blade inside the belt on her waist. Her acquaintances bowed to her as she made her way out of the field. She hurried into the pack building but when she remembered she needed to greet her grandmother, she veered around and strolled out of the pack building to the parking lot. Even when her cottage was a few meters away from the pack building, she decided to take her car with her.

She pulled the door of her Porsche open and went in. She ignited her car key and turned her car on. Then she screeched backwards to reverse and when she had made a complete three-sixty-degree turn, she drove out of the pack building.

On her way, she decided to get something for Sora and she had to turn back to visit the market. On getting to the market, she got lots of fruit, chocolate and many more things that her grandmother liked. She loaded them all into her car and drove home.

  • My Nerd Mate   Returning Back To The Pack

The training had ended and Sage called his men into the room they had rented in the hotel. He told them to take their seats and they did while he made a latte for them. After he was done, he also took his seat and sip slowly from his latte as he talked. "What have you got?" He demanded from the others. Rae was the first to speak. "The moon pack also practices the golden combat skill," he relayed and Sage nodded his head. "You got to know?" He asked Sage. "Not really, I just guess they would also practice the skill because it is the top skill and everyone will love to practice it whereas packs will also want their fighters to use the skill since it is a strong skill," Sage answered and they agreed with him.One of his men then decided to talk. "Moon packs have tight security, we find it hard to get into the training even when we use the same strategy as the other ones.""I also noticed that," Sage confirmed. "But we also managed to kick down some guards while finding our way into the

She had asked him the other night about what he had discovered from his trip and he had told her to join him in their meeting so she could listen to every detail he had gotten from his journey. Sage went on to explain how they got to know about the three combat skills and Aurora was questioned on how she knew about the skills that she was able to teach the pack fighters. "I also heard that there are three skills. All I gotta do is learn the skill from my assistant and teach the fighters," she told them."Your assistant?" Sage queried."Yes, my best friend, Fennick," she answered, plainly trying not to share Sage her scornful look in front of his associates.Sage mouthed, "Oh, I see. Aurora tugged on Sage's shirt pulling him closer to her. She then began to open up his shirt button one after the other while Sage kept gawking at her as he drank from the glass cup of water that Aurora had poured for him. He smiled sheepishly at her braveness and groaned when she started to rub her hands on his open chest, making some flickers on his body. Sage dropped the glass of water instantly and wrapped his hands around her thin curve. Her soft caress was making him crave pleasure but he was sure to be careful and not lose control. He looked down at Aurora who had her teeth biting her lower lips sexily and he knew she was also longing for him. They both needed each other but they couldn't, Sage couldn't because he knew he was her mate, and having any contact with her might lead to her death as the seer had told his mother. • My Nerd Mate   Out Of The Pack

After his call with Alpha Dylan, Sage decided to visit the seer outside the pack. He agreed to leave as early as possible the next morning so they wouldn't notice that he was out of the pack since he planned not to tell anyone except Alpha Cowell and his father. He didn't even plan to tell Aurora since he knew she wouldn't let him leave. He immediately made his way to the Alpha chamber and the guards opened the room for him to go in. "Sage?" The Alpha called. "It's me, Alpha, how are you doing?" Sage requested bowing his head in greeting. "I'm not doing so well as you can see," Alpha Cowell uttered. Sage made a sad countenance and moved to him on his bed. He sat and took the Alpha's hands to his, making some soft caress on them. "You'll be fine, Alpha. I fear you have lost a lot of your memories." Alpha Cowell shrugged his shoulders, "What do you think?" "So sorry," Sage appealed. "What are you sorry for? My sickness? You don't have to. Ursula's cave was surrounded in darkness and the only sound that filled the place was a soft humming from her. Just in a flash, she sprang up from where she sat, seething her teeth in anger as she started to feel her powers draining out. She suddenly let out a horrible scream, throwing her head backwards as she shook vehemently. She paced back and forth in front of her mirror, her long, black hair swirling around her like a dark cloud. Her eyes, once bright with malevolence, now seemed dull and lifeless."How could this be?!" she spat, her voice venomous. "I used Octavia and Aurora to gain the upper hand. I manipulated them, used their innocence against them."Ursula's mind flashed back to the day she met the two of them. She has lied about giving her powers to Sora at birth Octavia. But in reality, she had been using them to further her own powers. She has indeed given Sora a child but it was with the aim to build her powers and the child was connected to those powers that she used

Sage leaned against the cold, damp wall of his cell, his head down. The metallic smell of blood and iron invaded his olfactory system and, with each breath, it became more difficult to breathe. His physical condition was poor, his body was weak and his muscles ached, but nothing was worse than the pain in his chest.Alpha Dylan. The name echoed in his mind like a curse. It burned hotter than any of his wounds. “How could I have been so blind?” he thought, his jaw clenching with frustration. Alpha Dylan had been a friend, or at least he had thought he had been. Sage had shared his concerns with him, confided in him, had talked to Dylan of his anxieties as a newly constituted Alpha, and Dylan answered with the patience of the wise mentor. But it was all a lie.His hands clenched into little fists and his nails bit into his palms until his flesh just about fell apart. He leaned back, gaze closed, focusing on the effort of remembering every single word Dylan had ever spoken. Each word, ea
