Two

"Ahhhh!!" Arianna's screamed as she felt like her body was being squeezed for life. Her eyes looked lifeless and in the next second, she was carried up and slammed against the wall.

Her bones cracked as she fell to the ground. Her gown was torn and she was exposed.

"did not know you could do that!" Lucas came from behind and applauded Alice.

"Watch this!" Alice said, brimming with joy. She also wanted to please Lucas, with her powers.

Yes! She had the powers of a witch and she could control magic!

Swiftly, she put out her hand and tightened it into a fist. Arianna who was on the other side, felt like she was being strangled.

"Please.." Arianna let out as she felt really suffocated. At this point, she pleaded for death.

"Kill me." She managed to say. She was ready to join her parents in the afterlife. There was nothing she was living for! Everything had been taken away from her.

They should just take her life and end the torture.

"You want to die?" Alice asked as she raised her hand slowly. At the same time, Arianna was being lifted into the air by an invisible force.

Her eyes widened in fear as she looked at Alice.

"You want to die, right?" Alice asked again and in the next second, she moved her hand with so much speed.

Arianna was thrown across the room crashing into the sharp edge of the table.

"Ahhhh!!" She screamed as the edge tore against her skin. There was a bloody gash and blood started to drip out.

Arianna grew dizzy and weak. Her heartbeat slow down and in the next second, Alice hovered over her.

"You want to die? But your eyes haven't changed yet!" She said, with a sinister tone.

Immediately, Arianna's head rang knowing what Alice was talking about.

As a special child of her generation, she had been prophesied to see visions, thereby she would have two colors of eyes.

Also, her powers were going to manifest on her 18th birthday.

At this point, Arianna realized why they had to wait this long to reveal their true self. They wanted her powers as well, all along.

"No!" Arianna let out, in a weak tone.

"You have no say in this!" Alice said, in a giddy tone. All her life, she remained in Arianna's shadow.

She did not think the Alpha's daughter was better than her.

She could not show her powers to the Pack as everyone frowned upon a witch.

For years, she lived in envy toward Arianna and now she could not take it anymore.

"I'll suck out everything you own! They would belong to me and you would be left with nothing!" She yelled, knowing she could finally be free from the shadows.

"It's almost time!" The door was suddenly opened and a deep feminine voice rang out in the air.

There was the loud clicking of heels and a beautiful woman appeared.

"Are you both ready?" The beautiful woman asked the naked Alice and Lucas, with a proud smile on her face.

On the other hand, Arianna gasped in shock as she witnessed the sight of the Beta's mate.

She was Lucas' mother and of all the people to support them, she never thought the Beta's mate would be the one.

"Aunt Zora..." Arianna called out, in disbelief.

In the next second, Zora moved closer to her and then squatted.

"Yes, my dear! Do you need anything?" Zora said, with a sweet smile on her face. Acting oblivious to the disturbing sight of Arianna.

She was already soaked in her blood but that wasn't what she was worried about.

In just one day, things had turned against her.

"You are part of them, too?" She asked as a tear slipped from her eyes.

"Of course, my dear! Would want to own the whole Pack, you know. Having all the power to yourself feels good." Zora said, with a proud smile on her face.

"The Pack doesn't belong to you!" Arianna suddenly screamed, with all her might. Immediately, she coughed out blood but she continued to say, "It doesn't belong to any of you!"

"Aww, you don't have to be so pained. Say hi to your bitch of a mother when you transcend to the afterlife!" Zora said, snorting she then stood up.

"What...?" Arianna asked, with wide eyes. She could remember that Zora was best of friends with her mother.

Suddenly, she burst into a peal of mocking laughter!

All her life, her whole family had been living a lie!

Soon, the trio stood before Arianna. They had an expectant look on their faces as they looked out of the window. It was nighttime and they could not wait for the full moon to be out.

A few minutes later, the moon was shining brightly in the atmosphere. Its rays shone into the bedroom and cast its glow on the bloodied Arianna.

"Ahhh!" Arianna gasped, in pain as her head whipped upward. Her eyes turned white and she felt like the blood in her veins were being sucked out.

Her stomach churned and her heart beat loudly.

She was undergoing a transition and the trio could not wait for the final product, so they could take it to themselves.

On the other hand, Arianna's pain increased and her skin had turned pale.

Her eyes which were wide open suddenly started to change.

Her left iris slowly changed color. From black to blue!

While her right iris immediately changed to orange!

As the moon reflected on her, her eyes shone beautifully.

And in the next second, she slumped to the ground, weak!

She was out! She was awake but she was not conscious of her surroundings. Vulnerable to any attack.

Her powers had manifested!

Seeing this, Alice stepped forward and her eyes shone with greed.

Zora and Lucas were by her side and they could not wait.

Using Arianna's powers, they could see the future and they could make money as well. Controlling the lives of a lot of people.

"Do it!" Zora ordered Alice. She was going to be in possession of the power and she could not wait.

With a nod of her head, Alice raised her hand and Arianna was raised into the air. As much as she wanted to take the powers for herself, she couldn't.

She then closed her eyes as Arianna hovered in the air.

Swiftly, wisps of blue and orange started to flow out of Arianna and into the waiting Zora.

Lucas' eyes shone as he watched the transfer. They could finally have everything to themselves!

"Hmmm.." Zora moaned in satisfaction as she felt her veins being filled with power.

A few minutes later, every of Arianna's abilities had been transferred to her.

Arianna who had been submerged in air, fell to the ground, weak and dry. It was like her blood was sucked out completely.

"It's done!" They proclaimed and swiftly, Alice moved toward her.

A pouch materialized in her hand and swiftly, she bent down and fed the liquid in it, to Arianna.

It was poison!

"Is it done?" Zora asked, giddily and then skipped like a little girl toward Arianna.

"You know what?" She said to the lifeless girl.

"Stabbing your father in the throat was fun and satisfying!" She began.

"I would have had him to myself before killing him but he wanted to be faithful to your bitch of a mother!" Zora yelled, slamming her fist against the ground.

On the other hand, all Arianna could see what was not love. Zora was obsessed with her father and all that he could give her.

"I had always wanted him but he had eyes for that damned bitch! If I could not have him, then no one could!" She revealed her darkest desire, not caring if her son knew about it.

"Of course, how could I spare your mother? Gorging her eyes out, was thrilling. I could not get enough!" Zora smiled and then stood up.

She stepped on Arianna's bony hand and turned on her heel. She could hear Arianna's low groans and it was like music to her ears.

"Well, that is it! Enjoy the afterlife! Say hi to your damned parents!" She said and then turned around.

They were out, leaving Arianna to die. She watched them walk out, leaving her in shambles.

She was weak and her body was frozen. She could not even talk. However, she was filled with so much hatred in her heart and she just wanted to tear them apart.

"Arianna!" A few minutes later, a deep voice suddenly called out as the door opened up.

A handsome and lethal-looking man, dressed in a warrior's uniform, appeared in the bedroom.

He was Brian, the General of the Pack!

"Arianna!" He called out again, his face was filled with shock as well as pity seeing her like that. His heart was wrenched knowing he could not save her in time.

He rushed toward her and slowly he placed her in his arms.

"Don't die, please!" He said as he racked his brain on what to do.

However, there was nothing to do. He was going to lose the one he had secretly loved for years.

He was shattered, knowing he could never have her again.
