"Where did you take them? Where is she now?"

"She had a meeting place. She didn't tell me until we were already on the run with the female pup. I followed her directions, and she met up with some fancy-dressed vampire. He looked at the pup and then picked up two bags."

"What was in them?"

"He picked up the first bag and opened it, showing her that it was full of blood bags. I guessed that they were full of vampire blood. She nodded to him and he picked up the other bag and opened it. That one contained bundles and bundles of money. She nods and passes over to your sister. She then grabs both bags and climbs back onto my back. I brought her up here into the mountains so that she could hide for a few weeks while your fathers looked for your sister."

"What happened to the vampire?"

"I don't know. As soon as he had a hold of your sister, he disappeared."

Waylen pushes to take control, but I fight him back and growl
