Andrew’s Point of View

Andrew watched as Kathrine left the club. He couldn’t stop staring at her ass. Anthony moved closer to him so that he was also able to see the view of Dylan.

“That blonde is crazy and wild. Something that I crave.” Anthony said before taking a sip of his drink.

“Yeah,” Andrew replied, then he made his way to his feet.

“Andrew?” Anthony said as Andrew made his way to the door.

When Andrew walked out of the club, he saw Kathrine and Dylan climb into a cab on their way home. He stared for a moment when Anthony stood next to him.

“Fuck, man. I was on a vibe.” Anthony said with his hands on his head.

“Get in the car, we’re going home,” Andrew said, walking towards his car.

“Oh, come on. It’s still packed in there.” Anthony said with his arms in the air.

“That wasn’t a question. You can get in the car, or you can walk.”

“Fine!” Anthony rushed to the car and jumped in.

***

Andrew started the car and pulled out of the parking. He started to accelerate until the car reached ninety miles per hour. Anthony held on for dear life. He was too scared to talk. Not able to say a word.

When they arrived at Andrew’s house, Andrew switched off the car and just stared at the steering wheel.

“What the fuck man?” Anthony asked while trying to catch his breath.

“I need…” Andrew froze before continuing, “I need to get to know her.”

“Who, man?” Anthony asked for the suspense was killing him.

“Kathrine.” Andrew started to tap his steering wheel.

Anthony threw his hands back and forth. “And that’s the reason you were driving like a crazy person?”

“Sorry, man. I just…”

Anthony placed his hand on Andrew’s shoulder, “It’s good man, don’t stress. You will see her again.” They were silent for a few seconds before Anthony spoke, “But, I’m going to head home, it was a long day, I’ll talk to you later.”

“Yeah. Bye.” Andrew said with no emotion.

“Get some sleep, your mind is leaving your body,” Anthony said, then tapped the roof of the car and closed the door.

Anthony climbed out of the car and made his way to his. Andrew sat in silence trying to puzzle everything together. Why was he so drawn to her? He never felt this way about anyone that he just met one night.  He slowly made his way out of the car. Chris was standing ready to go and park his car.

“Sorry that we’re so late,” Andrew said, while he handed Chris his car keys.

“No worries, Sir,” Alfred replied while taking the keys.

“You can have the day off,” Andrew said while walking to the house.

“Thank you, Sir.” Alfred walked around the car and climbed in.

Andrew listened as Alfred started the car and drove off. Andrew couldn’t seem to shake off the idea of Kathrine.

Every waking moment, Kathrine’s image would flash before his eyes. Her beauty kept him captive, kept him wanting more. Like a moth drawn to a flame. Her radiant smile, her sparkling brown eyes, and her ability to make anyone enjoy her company. Even if she didn’t talk as much.

Everything about had bewitched him. Something no one had been able to do. He yearned for her, not just as his lover, but something much more. Someone that he could possess, someone he can call his own.

Andrew’s desire to make Kathrine his property was beginning to consume his thoughts. His mind started to make up images where he spoils her to the depths of the earth, showering her with love, affection, and material things. Giving her everything that she wanted, from flowers to a brand-new car. Anything that she desires.

His mind continued to give him images of Kathrine. The way she walked, how her ass sways in a way that could make any man’s knees weak. He wished that he had taken her number so that he would be able to call her. But New York was too big, what would the chance be to walk into her again? To see her beautiful fit body again.

“Sir?” A voice called out.

“Mmm,” Andrew answered, he then slowly opened his eyes.

“Is everything alright Sir?” The voice asked with concern.

“Yeah. I’m good, everything is good, Alfred.” Andrew said, with a sad tone. He made his way through the door and walked to his room.

Andrew opened the door to his room, walking in he shut the door and dragged his feet across the floor, and fell onto his bed. He then screamed into the mattress. Rolling over to lay on his back drawing his attention to the ceiling.

“How is it possible for someone to make me feel like this? It isn’t possible. I hardly know this girl.” He said to himself in disbelief.

As he lay on his bed, his mind was still filled with the thought of Kathrine. He closed his eyes, in hopes of finding solace in the darkness behind his eyelids. But even with the absence of the light, Kathrine’s face kept appearing in front of him.

He couldn’t stop himself from wondering what she was doing at that very moment. The thought of her taking a shower, only the steam covering her. When she finished, she would walk out with only a towel wrapped around her.

He started to replay their conversation, trying to dissect every word, every gesture, and every movement. In hopes of finding an answer to what she thought about him.

Andrew turned onto his side, still in his suit. He stared at the wall, with a smile on his face. Letting out a sigh as he spoke, “Oh Kathrine, what have you done to me?”

Closing his eyes, he tried to fall asleep but the thought of Kathrine in his mind, made him want to stay awake. Seeing her every moment.

“Goodnight Kathrine, till we meet again.” He whispered as he dosed off to sleep.

As he drifted to sleep and dreams started to take over, he envisioned himself and Katherine lying in bed together. She gasped for air as he kissed a trail down her body. Slowly removing every piece of clothing, she had on. “Oh Kat, how I longed for someone like you.” Just as he was about to kiss her again, the fire alarm went off in the house.

And just like that he was awake and had his gun in his hand, ready to defend himself from this new threat before realizing it was just his alarm and that a new day was waiting.

A new day in which to try and find his Katherine as he was now thinking of her.

Where will he find her? How long before he can make her his own for real?
