Kathrine’s Point of View

Kathrine’s heart pounded heavily in her chest as she watched as Andrew left her apartment in a rush, his footsteps echoed as he made his way down the stairs. As Kathrine watched Andrew rush down the stairs it left her stunned. Her mind rushing with thoughts. Standing frozen in the doorway, her eyes fixated on the empty space that he had occupied only moments ago.

A wave of questions flooded Kathrine’s mind. Now Kathrine had even more questions, including the one that she had yet to ask. Did he know Thomas? And if so, how did he know him? The thought of a connection between these two men was overwhelming. Could Andrew not be aware of Thomas’s passing? Did he have something to do with his death?

All these questions, but yet no answers.
