Getting Help

Ember's POV.

Having realized I had there might be no relationship between these men and Trent, I decided to take law into my hands. The network was so poor but I knew that we had to reach him however way that we could. If we could, we would make him regret his actions, if we couldn't, I would still make him understand that he wasn't living an enviable life.

We couldn't have a phone now because most of us jumped blindly into the water but right now we were happy because it would help to put a distance between the two boats. We swam across the island and I was spent when we finally reached dry land.

"We can't stop now. He might predict this move and want to help to be there but we can't also allow that to happen. Instead of that, we can make sure that we get through to him before it's even too late." The leader of the Night shade spoke and I agreed.
