Solana's POV

My jaw almost dropped after I read Mr. Muller's response. I exert so much effort to compose a long message convincing him to take the gifts back but that is his response. His effortless reply made me frown.

I typed in another message insisting to return the gifts but my eyes widened when he sent me an angry emoji. What the… After the emoji, a message followed saying… 'It's a gift. Accept it, Solana. And if you ever encounter another problem or anything, don't hesitate to tell me. I'll help you.'

I was unable to reply anymore. What he said got me tongue-tied. I don't understand why my eyes couldn't leave my name on his message. Why do I feel something unexplainable? Why do I feel like him calling my name seems so familiar even if it's just through a message?
