Rathore Palace

It was nine-thirty in the night, Geetanjali was sitting in the hall waiting for Abhay for the last two hours.

All the people in the palace had eaten dinner and gone to their respective rooms, only Geetanjali had not eaten.

Usually Abhay would reach home by 7:30 but today it was already 9:30 but Abhay had not reached home yet.

Geetanjali was calling him again and again but Abhay did not pick up the phone even once.

Now Geetanjali's worry for him had increased, in desperation she called Abhay's manager , Jitendra.

When Jitendra picked up the call, Geetanjali asked him, "Is Abhay with you?"

"Yes madam, Sir is with me. We are reaching the palace in five minutes." Jitendra replied.

After five minutes Abhay had reached the palace. Geetanjali felt relieved to see him in front of her eyes.

"Why did you come home so late today?" When Geetanjali asked Abhay, he replied, "There was some urgent work in the office, that's why I got late." He lied.
