"That's for calling me messy hair"..

"Sophia come'on don't be so harsh on your brother, he is just trying to be nice".. Elizabeth scolded.

"But mum he called me messy hair".. 

"Go get your purse let's go and stop whining like a little kid".. Elizabeth continued and samien smirked back at Sophia.

"Mum did you see that?".. Sophia reported.

"Go get your bag mum said".. Samien interrupted.

" Alright mum let's go." .. She met her mum outside, they boarded the bus and left for the canteen.

"That sound interesting brother, can I come along..??"

"No, I'm taking lorencian with me"... Bryan declined.

"Brother please please" Tracin pleaded.

"Alright you can come with us"... With that said they all ate in silence.

Lorencian was a lycan friend of Bryan, they grew up together at the pack; Bryan, Hazelin, lorencian were very close friends before Hazelin died, Bryan found out about lorencian three years back where she was being harrassed by a police officer (or maybe she was the one doing the harassing) for slapping a grown up guy.... while approaching.. Bryan noticed the figure standing by the police side looked very familiar as he was staring through his windscreen. he decided to pull over and go confirmed it. He came down and went closer only for it to be lorencian; he couldn't believe his eyes.

"Lorencian!!." He called in Excitement.

"She turned back to see who it was that knows her name and dared to call her by it, if it was human, she was going to suck life out of the scum.

"Lorencian is me!".. He said again excited. 

"Lorencian couldn't believe her ears and eyes, the voice clearly belong to Bryan and her eyes; that was Bryan standing there. Her joy recognised no bounds, she rushed and threw herself in his arms. they hugged.

"It's really you!".. She said pressing him more to herself.

"I thought you were dead, you are alive." she continue while  tears strolled down her eyes; cry of Relief and happiness.

"Uum are you her guardian ..??" The police asked... "Just tell her to apologise to this youngman she slapped and all will be settled." The police man said.

"Bryan looked at lorencian with an expression as if telling her 'lorencian you haven't change, now apologise'.. and she goes like..

"Sorry, sorry, I'm so sorry young man."... she apologised erratically. they should not ruin these happy moment for her.

the police was supprised because this was what they had been trying to make her do and she won't burge.

"Well.. it's ok".. The young man replied and left.

"Thanks." .. She muttered and turned back to Bryan.

"Bryan how is everyone, Uncle Edward.. Aunt Claire..?? Hope they are alive too..?? And your cousin tracin??".. lorencian asked desperately as if her questions was going to bring them back to life if they weren't.

"Shhhh.. breath.".. Bryan reminded her as her breath seemed to be siezed.

"They are fine... They are doing fine and how is mum Irene and dad Leon."..

They both talked and told each other stories of how they escaped the pack and are surviving and disguising in human world now. He dropped her at their company; Zain corporation which her father got and made her the CEO and went back to his apartment that belonged to only him for his resting hours. Since that day they had being in contact but Bryan didn't treat it as something really important to have informed Edward and Claire about it.

"Bryan? Which lorencian are you talking about.. ?? my Goddaughter ..??".. Claire asked in desperation.

"Yes mum, they survived and I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier, I met her on my way to my apartment sometimes back.. is being a long time though."..

"And you think it was not necessary to inform us your parent ..??".. Claire couldn't contain her anger.

"Mum I don't want Dad to know about this, you should keep this away." ... He muttered firmly.

Claire was flushed astonished.

"And why is that..??" She asked.

"Mum you know how dad have being acting ever since we left the pack.. if he finds out about Leon being alive, they are both going to ruthly attack humans.".. he tried to explain to Claire.

"What should be kept away from me..??".. Edward asked sneaking in on them with his cold Aura emanating from his breath. At least he could read his wife's mind and every other person in the mansion except for Bryan's whose mind can't be read by anyone. With his level of cultivation; he was able to lock up his mind from being penetrated by anyome except this one person; Kleyong Hanyang. His teacher.  And Bryan wasn't able to read his dad's too. They had their levels of cultivations.

"Uhmm Edward.".. Claire was just stammering.

"No need. I already know.".. He said 

"Why won't you.. when you can read minds. My mind especially.".. Claire scolded and he left silently, no one knew what he was thinking or maybe he wasn't able to read what they were hiding but he got the "keep it away from dad".

After sometimes Tracin and Bryan went outside and Zul held the door opened for them, they sat down and Bryan drove off to Lorencian place. 

They had always told zul to stop the act of being their subordinate like when they were in the pack and should join them when they are having meal but he won't listen. According to him, they were his master's and he will serve them forever. They were the leader of their pack before the unfortunate happened, how could he ever disrespect them? Since he was the only subordinate that survive with them; he was the only servant they have, they hate humans and so did not take human servants.. Claire do the cooking and cleaning...
