"But..." Lucas still looked worried.

Coco insisted, "I want to go to the bathroom alone. The way you're treating me makes me feel as if I've lost the ability to take care of myself. Lucas, I'm not that fragile!"

Seeing her determination, he sighed. "Alright, I'll let you go by yourself, but promise me you'll call me immediately if you run into problems!"

"I will," she assured him.

After she left the private room, Lucas ran a hand through his hair, a wry smile on his lips.
