"You—" Naomi felt like Coco was putting her in an awkward spot on purpose while also showing off how intimate she was with Lucas. In a fit of anger, Naomi knocked the phone from Coco's hand.

The phone hit the ground, but the call still connected, unbeknownst to Naomi.

Coco’s anger flared too. Naomi had always disrespected her, but she had not retaliated because Naomi was a relative of the Gomez family. However, she could no longer overlook such malicious words.
