Chapter 2734

Coco spaced out as she stared at him. She was still in disbelief that she was acquainted with Lucas.

"Thanks for today," Lucas's voice broke the silence. He was awake even though his eyes were still closed.

“No problem. You introduced me to a lot of people today. I should be thanking you," Coco said. She was grateful that Lucas had helped her expand her social network.

"You did better than I expected," Lucas murmured. "By the way, while Jack and I were getting food, what did you and Serenity talk about?"

"We talked about you. Serenity said that you’re sweet, and I said I was lucky to be your girlfriend," Coco replied.

Lucas chuckled. Serenity wouldn’t love him even if he was a sweet person.

"Do you really think that you’re lucky?" Lucas asked.

"Yeah," Coco answered. "You've helped me a lot. If I hadn't met you, my life would be very different now."

She was grateful Lucas had sent someone to save her on the film set. Because of him, she was able to face those people who harmed her, a
